wow- so far i've lost 3 inches off my waist, 2 inches of the biggest part of my stomach(around my love handles) and an inch of my hips...i haven't measured my thighs yet but i'll tell you when i do and i've lost 12 pounds from my highest ever weight. just a quick update...

Ht. 5'7", Today: 244 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi all it really bothers me that i try and try..i dont over eat much.i eat very little actually and i try to exercise but i dont do a great job of that. It seems that i will go on a diet and i will lose a little bit of weight then not, and i give up. I am currently 5'7 and 244lbs i dont look as big as i am,but that is my weight. Does anyone have any advise?..support?..or ideas for me?...thank you all

Today: 174 lb - Hey I am really trying hard to loose weight but i cant get under 170 i am currently 174 and i really want to be 160 by the sadie hawkins dance but at lunch they have a dessert choice and then all that good food but it is all greasy and i wish i could only get fruit but it is always tempting to get something fun and yea. So please respond and help me out here please I am begging you. OH YEA MY BDAY IS IN 15 DAYS SO I WANT TO BE AT LEAST 170 BY THEN IF NOT UNDER 170 SO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I NEED HELPO TO EXCERCISE MORE TO PLEASE HELP ME.

You guys, the SouthBeach Diet is awesome. I've only been on it for about 8 days and I've already lost 6 lbs. It's pretty easy too and a lot less cravings. It's like the Atkins diet, but so much better because there's more freedom and you dont get sick/lightheaded. If you don't know about it or whatever, look it up or buy the book.

Today: 158 lb - hey guys! i'm in the 150's yay!!!!!!! ok- so i'm in the high 150's(158) but oh well- because i haven't been under 160 for 3 years. i can't even comprehend breaking into the 140's but i plan to! i'm so excited! everyone can do whatever they want if they push themselves a little work here and there adds up!

I need to lose some weight bad... I hope to lose 2 pounds a week. I will keep myself on this plan: watch my calorie intake with a food journal, exercise daily for at least an hour each day, and most importantly for me, only eat sitting down at the table. I hope to lose 65 pounds by May 14th, and I'll post here often to let ya'll know how it's going!

That's right I have a new plan, and I wanna know if it will work! ok I am 13 yrs old 214lbs 5'6 I am big, and i want it to stop, I am gonna do 100 curls, jumping jacks, and squats a day! I am gonna eat a small breakfast, and drink only 2 bottles of water for lunch, and when i get home from school another bottle of water, and then a snack and water for dinner! I am gonna also drink a lil milk for breakfast! I am hoping to be down to 170 by Christmas and since there is alot of food around then and thanksgiving only 160 by January 1st! Then I want to be about 140 by march! ... and then my longest goal is to be about 120-125 by June! I know this is ALOT of work, but does anyone believe in me? I need support!!!
