Hey wut up i havent been on here a lot but um i have been goin to n fromt eh dr. recently bc i have been sick n they told me i lost like 10 lbs total n i havent really been doin nething 2 special cept 4 i do have a prob now i just started workin @ mcd. again n on break i always eat there i am afraid i will gain bacm all the weight and faster than how i lost it! Join sports teams. that will give you serious muccle. Get your friends to help you loose what weight you want. come on then. Get moving!!!!:')

you can still eat at mcd. like instead of a bigmac and fries eat a salad or one hamburger. you could also get a chicken (grilled) sandwich without mayo. find what you want and then alter it to fit it into your diet.
