I want to lose about 35 pounds necause last summer I just wore a 1 piece bathing suit and for next summer i wanna wear a 2 piece. My friend is really skinny and all of the boys like her...I have no self-confidence and self-esteem is low. If anyone can tell me how i can loose weight fast I would love it!!!!!

Alot of people I know have tried this and this has worked its easy and effective as long as you stick to it and keep it up here it is:
you can only eat one small sweet snack a day and the rest frits and veggies
you can only drink one small glass of pop or juice a day and the rest water
eat 3 regular meals a day but dont over do it past one plate
Exercising is a really important part of loosing weight it helps if you do 50 situps every day ,50 leg leglifts on each side every day ,and go up and down the stairs 10 times ever day (1 time up and down counts as 1) gradually increase the numbers of exercises you do ETC- 50 situps increases to 100 situps
