(Typed by mom) "my sister is real skinny and she calls me fat and other names that make me feel bad. I tried calling her names back but that made me feel bad too and it didn't bother her at all. I tried to just walk away and tell my mom or dad that she did that and how it made me feel. They always try to tell me that I'm a great kid and that people come in all different sizes. At first that didn't make me feel better, but then when I looked around in school, it was right. There were kids all different sizes. Now when my skinny sister calls me fat, I just ignor her and I tell myself that I am a great kid and people come in alkl different sizes. Look around. They really do.

I used to be called names too before.I'm nice to others so they don't call me names anymore like SantaClause. If that doesn't work walk away and tell a parent.

If anyone ever calls you fatso, ignore them. They soon get tired if you don't get upset so act as if you don't care. To lose weight, instead of eating a lot of chocolate, eat loads of fruit, drink plenty of water, only a small bit of chocolate and SMILE!!!!!!!!
