TELL HIM!
If you talk to him honestly about how important it is for you to lose weight. With him on board, it will make a big difference in your success. If he really loves you, he will want to help & not sabotage you. Before I got engaged to my fiance, I had the same talk with him & the next day he joined a gym with me and started eating healthier with me & thanks to his support I now weight 100lbs less than when we had the conversation! Just tell him that you appreciate when he does sweet things like make breakfast in bed but right now you need him to support you with your healthy lifestyle & that it means a lot to you. Next time he surprises you with unhealthy food just say "thanks, but no thanks"....that'll make your point! Maybe in the future if he suprises you with breakfast in bed it'll be a fruit smoothie and rye toast with skim milk! :D (or whatever) good luck!

The guys will come round in their own time. Plusit doesn't what they think, it matters what you think. Do you think your over-weight and are you confident about yourself? Being confident is what draws the guys to you in the first place, I know it doesn't hurt to be a britney spears look-a-like. But guys coming over for your body are only after one thing, or they find there is not much going on underneath the skin. Meaning= You need to work on the inner self, then you'll be happy about your outta self and it will show. If you do want to lose weight, or lacking body confidence then you should really talk to your parents first. krystle

He is not worth any of this. I know right now you feel like you should just starve yourself. But in my opinion that isnt going to make him like you any more. It may in fact push him away. In the long run...if you want to lose weight...do it for yourself. No guy is worth making yourself sick over. I know you are hurting right now, but eventually you will realize that everything is ok without him and that you dont need to lose any weight to impress him. I am sure things will work out fine! Good Luck at whatever you choose to do though...

I am 5ft 2 and I wiegh 140lbs. Don't feal bad. Guys like girls with meat on their bones. So look in mirror and be happy with yourself. Most guys might think you look great. I get compliments all the time, and I am confident with myself. It doesn't bother me that I am not super model skinny.I'm a size 10-12. Like many girls I was once unhappy with my body.
