Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.2? - hey guys well today i did a ton of walking like two hours total in my school walkathon, actully a little more cuz me and my dad were out this WHOLE afternooon so i treated myself to a VERY TINY piece of brownie. :0)

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 185 - Today in P.E. half of our class had to run the mile run and I was one of them. Last year it took me 14 minutes and I walked more than half of it. This year it took me 7 minutes 51 seconds! I was the second person done running. The person who finished before me finished two seconds before me. Bye!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - This may seem like a really question but I would like it ANSWERED---- Ok they say you need 1200 calories to healthily* lose weight, just ay say you dont eat exactly 1200 calories, after you lose weight cant you go back to eating 1800 healthy calories and continue to work out to keep the weight off?

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 160 - ok, so im only gonna say this once. calories are calories. it doesnt matter if you eat 500 calories in skittles or in bananas, its all the same. yes, its important to eat fruits and veggies, but a calorie is the same no matter what. and whether a fat is healthy or not, its still a fat. just because u make something with olive oil instead of butter, the fat and cals still count. thats all.

Ht. 5.5, Wt. ??? - Sorry to pose again but i just want to say this works so fast but you have to stick to it please dont think that it wont work just try it and after a week if you have stuck to it i promise you will have lost weight! And just to add that your daily loss of calories (after you have subtracted off the calories you ate) will have to add up to 3500 to lose 1lb over a period of time obviosly lol.

Ht. 5.5, Wt. ??? - Hi this is for every1 that asked how im loosing weight so fast, its all about calories, some people say it isnt but then im the 1 loosing the weight not them! An non active girl loses 12 calories per pound per day, an active girl loses 15 calories per pound per day and a very active girl loses 18 from being alive, so after you've worked out all of that then you work out how many calories you will burn during exercise per day, then you add them both together, work out how many calories you will eat per day and take the calories you eat from the total calorie loss per day. If your daily loss of calories is 500 (which is healthy) then you will loose 1lb per week. I loose 1344 calories per day (which is also healthy) so i can lose 1lb in about 3 days. Hope i helped!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 180 - Tell me if this is bad. I live off of fried foods. This week I ate it 8 times since this past sunday. Tonite, I ate half of a fried onion thing and fries and an 8 ounce steak. I have been gaining weight lately because I never exersise. One of my friends told me that if i keep it up I could have a heart-attack by aged 19 or 20. Is this true? Please comment. Thanks!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 205 - breakfast-half a slimfast bar lunch-nothing snack-popcicle dinner-half a small thing of chili from wendys and a salad but no dressing to many calories...excercise-walk/ran a mile 400 crunches...im felling them now haha....how did i do?

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.2? - hey guys. today: breakfast-1 slice of lowfat cinnomon bread and banana, lowfat choc milk/snack:baked lay's/lunch:(don't freak out)tuna kit, than later i had a small pudding and weight watchers cake, 2g of fat and 80 cal./snack:yogurt/dinner at wendy's:cup of chili, steamed potato with a tad of lowfat sour cream, split a small frosty with my rents. no exercise today but too bad tomorrow i have my 2 hour walkathon!
