Ht. 5'7'', Wt. ??? - Breakfast/Lunch:: Nothing, I know its bad but I has a long night last night and I didnt get up until 2:30pm Dinner:: Baked Potatoe with fat free butter spray, and a small pork chop. snack:: mcdonalds cheeseburger, JUST the meat.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 200 - Hey I didn't know if anyone knew this but I was watching FitTV I believe it was and the doctor said cravings last 8-14minutes so when you start craving something wait 15minutes to see if you still want it. Kind of long, huh? but you can do it! =)

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 205 - ok havent been on in a while so ill update you breakfast-half a meal replacement bar lunch-i dont eat lunch snack-a couple peices of turkey dinner-im not sure yet prob a salad from arbys w/out the dressing...excercise-rana a half mile walked a half mile and 700 CRUNCHES!...ouch! ohh and flavored water all day. so my dad said i need to start eating more but my mom says that im doing just fine...what do you think?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Ok, so you know the Special K diet? well what if you switch the cereal to Honey Nut Cheerios? Like except for the Special K cereal it'll be Honey Nut Cheerios but the same eating routine as the Special K Diet? ...you know? Will it still work? because Honey nut Cheerios are really healthy also.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160ish - I feel great. I have actually STUCK to my diet for 3 days now. amazing. The first day was the hardest and now eveything is so simple! Working out isnt a problem with me since i have a HUGE school(5 floors 4000 kids) and im running up and down stairs daily and i play on 2 softball teams,my problem was eating too much. But I have been doing great these past 3 days. I have had about 800 calories so far today and I have a softball game(110 min game) later at 8. Im probally going to jump rope and shoot hoops before though. I need more Iced tea!!!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I know I am losing weight (down about 15-17 pounds), and I know I look a little different, but I don't feel difference and none of my classmates have even mentioned it--only my parents have. I'm trying to stay positive and realize I CAN make my goal weight loss of 50 pounds by Christmas and 60 by tennis tryouts, but its hard.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 200 - Ugh I wish I still had my scale! Anyway i'm really sore from exercising yesterday. Mostly my stomache and legs. AHHH! It hurts. You know when you lay on your back and put your legs up in the air and act like you're riding a bike (not sure what it's called) but that's what made me so flippin' sore. Yesterday I went to figuremagazine.com and I started thinking "Hey, maybe i'm actually meant to be fat, I need to accept it and eat whatever I want" but no...i'm not at all happy with the way I look (body wise) I was so tempted to grab that pizza yesterday but I grabbed the fruit instead..I had to think twice. I saw this really huge lady a few weeks ago and I asked my daughters dad if I was that big and he told me I used to be! When I was pregnant. I was 275-280lbs! I still can't believe that. Somehow all of that fell off until I was 230lbs..and that's when I started exercising and whatnot and now i'm 200..probably under that now. I need to buy a new scale. Ok sorry for rambling.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 176 - today is going good so far for breakfast i had strawberry yogort and grapes and a large cup of water for lunch i had a sandwitchbag of letuce , water melon and a 100 calore pack of wheat chips and soon i am going on a mile walk/ bike ride
