Ht. 5'5, Wt. 206 - Hi.. I'm Michele and 17. I weigh 206 lbs and I would like to lose 20 lbs before my 18th b-day whick is 4th if July. I exercise pretty good. I walk mile a day and do exercise tape Mon, Wed, and Fri. I do weight lifts Tues, Thurs, and Sat. all I really need to work on is my eating. I don't know what kinds of food to eat for each meal so please tell me some suggestions. thanks

Ht. 5,5", Wt. ssh! not til im thin - MY goodness I am a cheater... i need will power! i was only supposed 2 drink water 4 a week and i cheated! ima cheater! i had iced tea and an orange soda 2day and that doesnt include yesterday nor friday! i need more motivation... bcuz my mum is always tellin me that i dont look like im losing weight
omg... no lies or anything i just passed up ice-cream wen i was writing this... only bcuz im full from drinking water...! I just hope i do well this week... but these exams r killing me!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 176 - this is what i have /plan to do today
breakfast-2 cups of left over spageti and water(bad me) snack -bannana and water lunch- carrots water melon milk dinner sald or lean cusine chicken and veggies
exersize 15 intes on stanary bike 120 crunches 2 mile bike ride real bike and 1 mile walk

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Because of school, weight loss is harder. I decided so that i can avoid dissapointment every couple of weeks or so, I am going to weigh myself on the 1st of every month and measure myself, etc. I am 188 now, I think my goal is going to be 180 by the end of the school year (1 month from now). Its where I started at the beginning of the school year, so i feel like i will have a fresh start at changing my life. What do you all think? should I lose more? This summer I plan on doing a combo of running, walking, weight lifting, and tai boe every day to lose a total of about 20 pounds.

Ht. 4,11", Wt. 145 - hi everyone. I started my diet today. I'm not gonna start exercizing heavily until schools out because i don't have much time yet. I'm giving up on soda, and only drinking water, and no junk food. i'll try to eat as healthy as i can.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I successfuly managed to eat healthy when at an amusement park yesterday. I ate breakfast at home, at organic foods for lunch in the parking lot and when we went to mcdonalds for dinner, i said i would just eat when i got home to "save some money." I am too influenced by last week--we watched "Super Size Me" in Health and I dissected a Pig in Biology...I was definatly not screwing over my diet to eat what i saw in both of those events ::naueseated::

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 202.5 - ok...so i lost another 2.5 pounds...and thats after i ate lunch and dinner i forgot to weighmyself this morning...so i got up at like 11 so i just waited for lunch i had some vegtable soup juice no veggies or noodles in it just the juice and a grilled cheese and for dinner i had tune salad w/ no bread....i dont excercize on the weekends but friday and saturday were really hard be cause i was at my friends house and she eats so much but is still so skinny a pretty im so jealous buT i didnt slip when she ate cake and chips i ate some salad or a peice of turkey i was so happy i controlled my eating this weekend! GOOD LUCK! BYE!
