Ht. 5'4, Wt. 1** - Well I was feeling a little upset yesterday after only losing 2 pounds last week, but then i whipped out my calculator and did some math. If I continue losing 2 pounds every week, I can meet my goal by Christmas...it made me feel really good.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Will doing 50 situps each night help tone my stomach? and I'm having a really s*itty day (excuse my language) but everytime I see some girl my age who weighs like 120 or something and is beautiful, I can't help but feel soo jealous and then I get depressed. I feel so sad. I wish I could just snap my fingers and be 130. Life sucks.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - This past week I just lost 4.7 pounds. I weigh myself every Monday. I made out a great plan and is wondering if anyone wants to do it with me, so we could tell eachothers progress and stuff. It seems to be Pretty effective. If anyone is interested, please reply. Ht. 5,5", Wt. Ssh Not Till Im Thin - OMG OMG OMG!!! GUESS WAT!!! PEOPLE ARE NOTICIN THAT I AM LOSING WEIGHT! EEEEEE! IM SO HAPPY! I CANT BELIEVE IT! OMG! WOW! I CANT WAIT TO LOSE MORE! MAYBE THEN I'LL BE ABLE TO GO OUT AND FEEL COMFORTABLE!
i havent been on in a while but... this morning i had a bowl of cereal which i didnt eat much of because these days i actually obey my stomach when it gets full... for lunch i had curried chicken from school... and some orange juice (THE REAL KIND NOT SOME SUGARY DRINK OR SODA) and some water... oh yea and i had a chip which i shared with my friends... i now notice that im giving away more food than i eat because i stop when im satiated! OMG IM JUST TYPING AWAY BECAUSE IM EXCITED! WELL GTG BECAUSE I HAVE A MAJOR LANGUAGE AND SPANISH EXAM TOMORROW! ADIOS CHICOS! ME ENCANTA LA GRUPO ESE! I HOPE I SAID IT RIGHT! CHAO!

Ht. 5.5, Wt. 158.5 - I feel really good right now since I did my 20 minute pilates workout, I really recomend it to anyone who is having trouble finding a fitness routine to fit into there busy schedule. It's fast and fun! Anyways, I am actually under 160lbs now! yayy! no one knows how truly happy I am about this :) anyways: breakfast-bacon and milk. lunch-cheese nips, a bite of a poptart (it was gross), peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and water. snack-macaroni and cheese with chicken in it, small serving from fosters. supper has yet to come but I really need some vegetable matter or something, any suggestions?? Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - okay everyone. high. well today my food has been so far: breakfast: 1 lowfat chocolate muffin, yogurt/ snack:bag of cookies (6 g of fat only)/lunch:3/4 of a ham+cheese sandwhcih with a little cole slaw, no mayo/snack:sugar pudding/exercise:not sure yet, prolly me old exerxise tape not my new one, cause i hot a pleatu and mom says i have to shake things up.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - so i took in like 1400 cals today or more and 4 water bottles [2 liters], did a 30 minute walk before dinner && 25 bicycle crunches. do you guys think i can lose 10-15 pounds by graduation??...which is june 21st or 22nd.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - my mom just recently lost 60 pounds, and she just told me today that i should really lose my weight now so i wouldnt end up like she used to be which was over 250 pounds. she told me that she will take me on a shopping spree and get me all new clothes, but she also said i have to keep my goal weight for atlest a year, so i know i wont gain it all back. so now i am so excited to lose weight. I start a new Acting Class in september, and maybe i will actually get a lead role in the play. who knows? lol. So since today is practly over, tomorrow i am starting my WHOLE NEW DIET && EXERCISE SO MUCH MORE! wish me luck 333333

Ht. 5.5, Wt. 161 - so basically I was 142lbs at one point last year...I have gotten lazy and gained back all the weight i had worked so hard to lose...my highest weight was 169. just 8 more pounds and i would be right back where i started...my real goal is to shape up my legs, mainly my thighs...i do leg lifts but they just won't work, any ideas??

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Juelz, this is my diet to answer your question: Sunday-Friday: Breakfast=scrambled egg whites on wheat bread. Lunch=an assortment of fruits and veggies Snack: organic string cheese Dinner: A veggie burger, or meatless things from a company called Morning Star. Its really, really good. For excersize, after school I take my dog for a 1.5 mile walk around our hilly neighborhood. After i finish my homework I do 30 minutes on a heavily inclined treadmill at 3.4 mph. I do 100 + bicep curls with 20 pounds on each arm. some squats, and 100 + crunches. I have lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks doing this. My goal is to be a muscular 140.
