Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - I feel bad. Since spring break ive been really good on my diet and from 180 i dropped to 160 for prom. After prom, i kinda started eating wayy too much but after 3 days of dieting again im at 162 =) what do you guys eat everyday? or how many calories do you eat a day?

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 205 - I had another good day today. I'm anxious to weigh myself but I won't until Monday. I had an apple for snack instead of chips and it felt good to do. I'm noticing tho that my school doesn't really offer weightloss-compatible lunches. Bringing my own is anything but convenient but it might just be what I have to do. Hmm... Sandwich, lots of veggies on it... and a banana. That sounds good I think I'll go make it right now. Later.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - oh and today i did really well accept i had a small ice cream cause it was SO hot today, i felt like a kid cuase i haven't had ice cream outta a truck in ages, so i'm not feelin too awful. :) breakfast:lowfat high fiber peanut butter cereal w/banana, yogurt/ snack:baked cheetos/ lunch:turkey and cheese sandwhich, sugar free pudding/snack: popsicle/dinner:veggie burger, salad, small cone. exercise: softball practice

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 147.5 - Ok so the last time that i was on this site i weighed 139 lbs but i have gained everything but 1 pound back. I am so sad and stessed for about the past week. When i am feeling down about my body and my weight i get obbsesed with it and it is all i can think about so usually i get really depresseed abot it also. I really wanna get back on the diet and exercise plan that i was on before that was making me lose weight i was on it for the past week and for the past couple days i have been off of it and i have just been crying and so so so incredblie mad at myself. LOL please help me!!!!

AND i just found out i got accepted into National Honor Society at my school! i am so happy, and another thing...i have my band concert tonight at my school! i dont weigh myself again until monday so lets home i lose some more weight =]

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 195 :[ - hey guys , i cant do this any more i weighed my self this morning and i gained 5 pounds and in the past year 25 pounds i used to be 170 and i thought i was really big then ttoo im only 5 pounds away from the 200 mark now .i cant take it im addicted to food and im too lazy ive tried everything and the only thing i have ever suceeded in was cutting out soda and i havent drank it in about 7 months and it didnt help at all i seriously think my body just wont lose weight it has a mind of its own ... i cant deal with it and i need it off .. i need all of the help that any of you can give me ... thank you 3

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - Well..it's been a year and boy have I been slacking. I was 120lbs last summer and now I'm up to 145lbs. When I first started loosing weight I was 13 and 155lbs. I'm almost back up to my heaviest! I hate it. But I'm going to do something about it. The only thing I really have to work on is my eating habits. I am so horrible when it comes to this. I am very active and I think that alot of my weight I've put on is muscle. I play hockey, baseball, badminton, runk track and rollerblade/walk everynight. I just have to keep motivated and I can do this!!
