Ht. 5'6", Wt. 200-210 - does anybody have msn and lost some weight?im looking for someone to advise me who has lost some weight and knows what they are doing when it comes to weight loss, and that has msn messenger because i dont really want to do it through email, instant messaging is a lot easier and all I have is msn messenger.thanks reply with your email if youre interested.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I need a little advice here...I wanna start something different then I did this week for next week. BREAKFAST--Cereal for with a peach fruit cup. Lunch Another bowl of cereal w/ a tuna sandwhich on wheat (I know its not the best combo but w/e) lol. Dinner w/e we have but a small plate. Exercise 35-40 minutes biking on my stationary and then playing DDR to burn alot of cals 600+ maybe? How does this sound. For snacks a granola bar or piece of fruit, and nothing but water to drink...HELP!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - hey guys well my diet plan that im doing is only eating 2 times a day and drinking only water because my friend did this without doing excersize and lost 35lbs in like i think 2 months.yeah so i want to try it but i ruined it today this is what i ate:a huge bowl of mashed potatoes with a slice of cheese,520 calories of junkfood.and then i ate 2 slices of mushroom pizzas(small slices)and 2 cheesesticks.I know i did bad and its becuz i went to my cousins house.So can anyone give me tips i'd apperciate it =D!

Ht. too... tall, Wt. ??? - Ok to day i had a bowl of Raisen Brain for breakfast and a bowl for lunch plus a yogurt. Is that good? And I ran up for steps 40 times before and when I wake up, did 30 situps and like 100 jumping jacks. Is this a good routine?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 198.5 - For the last few days, I was trying to lose a few pounds before prom, to get under 200, and as you can see I did!!! All I did was cut my calories down to 1200, and did some push ups and weight lifting for like 5 minutes a night. I lost 4 pounds in 3 days, which I was pretty happy about. The only thing is, I was really hungry and got a massive headache! So I figured I wasn't eating enough. So my question is, how many calories should I have every day, I was think 1500, but I'm not sure, please help me out!!! Oh and, just to let you know, my prom was great!

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - i think i'm gonna do better today. for brekafast i had 2 fat free whole grain waffles and 2 lowfat soy sausages. later on i'll prolly have like some fruit or somethin. oh, and josh, thanks*sarcastic voice* i'm glad u think i'm gonna get fatter than i already am. *rolls eyes* it's people like YOU who disgust me and modivate me. i just laughed. ha!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 209 - ok..so yesterday at like 3 in the morning me and 6 of my friends went on a 10 mile walk/run it was so fun so i substituted that for my excercize and did 200 crunches.breakfast-got up to late lunch-pretzel dinner-chicken and a piece of low cal bread.drank water all day...tomorrow is my weekley weigh in to see if i lost ne more! BYE.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. S: 210 N: 206 G: 145 - I do really good with eating 3-4 days a week, but on the other 3-4 days I eat a healthy breakfast in the mid morning and then I go to work and work 7 hours straight(yeah i know it's against the law and all, so lets just forget about that part) which means I don't get to eat in those hours, which is fine with me, because I don't get very hungry until I get off work. When I get home I have a healthy dinner. My problem is, with just my breakfast & dinner, I'm only eating approx 700ish calories on those days. I normally don't do that, but I don't know what to do about it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - breakfast: a bowl of lowfat peanut butter cereal and a banana/ snack: yogurt, tiny piece of soft pretzel (no salt)/lunch: salad w/ chicken and greens, a small portion of fries, and a frozen fat free yogurt/dinner:cup of veggie pasta w/ meatballs, bread. no exercise today but it's a special day for me cause i'm going to a party now and i splurged, oh well how'd i do?
