Okay, I did the BMI test on this website, and it said I have a risk for becoming overweight. But I went to a more professional website, did the BMI test, and the result was that I was a healthy weight. I see they've added some new things, so why don't they update or get a better BMI test that's accurate? They could at leastmake it easier to read!

Hey! I'm about 5'10 and i weight 140. I know thats not overweight for my height, but it seems that all me weight is in my tummy and thighs.. I'v tried to eat healthy and even exercise but i dont have the will power.. I dont want to lose tons of weight just enough to make my tummy go away and firm up my thighs. I'm 14, 5'8" and I weight 141 lbs! I feel really fat. My legs are muscle but my stomach is just flab. Everyone thinks I'm so skinny and I'm not!! My stomach is just flab!! I don't like it and I try to loose it and nothing seems to work! Will you please help me!

Wazzup! I am very overweight. I am 5'4' and weigh about 175 pounds. Last year I lost 24 pounds, so I weighed 136. But Ive gained that back plus some. Im embarassed when I go shopping with my friends because they all go to the boys section and i have to go to the mens section. My dad is overweight and I can barely wear his clothes. Ive read about eating 5 or 6 small meals a day, but the only time i get a chance to eat is during lunch. Does anyone know how i can still do this? Also, how can i measure my body fat without going anywhere? My mom doesn't drive and my dad wont get off his fat lazy butt to take me. Any info would be appreciated.

hi every1...when i was little i use to be so skinny...and now im 5'8 n 155lbs. i seriously need to loose weight and i need help findin a good diet and excercises. im open to ne1s help...thanx

Thanx 4 all your advise. Well even if u think im not overweight i'm FAT. It's all on my tummy. Anyway I lost 2 pounds thisweek witch is great 4 me coz i'm going on holiday in July, and I hope I will be able 2 wear a bikini. Amy

I am 15 yrs old. Ive felt fat since the 3rd grade. ive wanted to lose weight for a long time. i exercise and i think i eat rite but it isnt helping. f anyone out there could give me some advice on dieting i would be very grateful.

HI..every1 ..i'm 5'9 and weigh about 92kg is that good..wheneva i look at my body i see nothing but fat..i hate it..i tried 2 do sport and excerise and i also go to the gym but i have seen absolutley no diference..i also do weight lifing but thats with my arms but my thigs r just way 2 large..Pllllllzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me!!!! Hi everyone. My name is Karina, and I used to be really popular where I go to school. I was thin and pretty; I weighed 100 lbs. at 5 ft. 2 inches and everyone envied me. In the past month, I've gained 25 lbs. Last week, I gained 8 lbs.! I just keep snacking 'cuz I'm really hungry! What can I do? I look really pudgy and overweight!

Well since I last posted I've been drinkiong lots of water and on Monday I promised myself I would go to the recreation centre everyday and run a mile! Well I can't quite run a mile BUT what I do is I alternate! I do one lap running, one lap walking, run, walk just like that until I do a mile! I actually have fun doing it too because afterwards I'm really energized and stuff :) And I feel so proud of myself!
BTW I'm 5'8" and 180lbs I lost 1 pound last week! :D

I am 12yrs old i am 140 pounds everything I see when I come home from school the food I want to eat but I know I will gain more pounds so I just have a saladwith dressing i am in a soccer tam I am the goalie they say i am the best goalie under the age of 12 but I know the only way I block goals is because i cover the whole goal with my fat. please help

"MY tip of the day"
For males who seek thier proper weight, using scales from sites telling you what weight you should be, is not allways accurate. A point to remember, is that muscle weighs more then fat! I have talked to to bodybuilder and weight lifters that are 5'9 or so, and weigh much over 200 pounds. Yet, they have less then 5% body fat! so before you try to lose all that weight, try to find out how much is fat, and how much is muscle. Not eating enough calories through out the day, can burn away your muscle as well. Mr.Dan:)
