Wazzup! I am very overweight. I am 5'4' and weigh about 175 pounds. Last year I lost 24 pounds, so I weighed 136. But Ive gained that back plus some. Im embarassed when I go shopping with my friends because they all go to the boys section and i have to go to the mens section. My dad is overweight and I can barely wear his clothes. Ive read about eating 5 or 6 small meals a day, but the only time i get a chance to eat is during lunch. Does anyone know how i can still do this? Also, how can i measure my body fat without going anywhere? My mom doesn't drive and my dad wont get off his fat lazy butt to take me. Any info would be appreciated.

Hey adam I think the fastest way to lose weight is to drink 8 glasses or more of water a day and walk even if you start walking for only 10 mins. a day then each day raise it then soon you can turn the walk into a jog then after a while a run don't over do it because eventually you will get tired and want to quit do it until you know I did it but I didn't over do it. don't sell yourself out and only do it for 10 mins after a long time higher up your time once your old time is easy for you. And most important of all don't eat until your full eat until you know you ate enough food to last you and evry time you crave something eat a healthy snack like a vegetables of fruit just keep going and don't give up
