Hello, okay well this is my problem.today at school we had this fitness thingy.and we had our weight checked and i found out that im 200lbs at 5'2! i eat right and i exsirse alot! can anyone give me some more advice?PLZ!

Hey.. All you can basically do is excercise and eat properly. Don't eat all that diet food b/c it's not "real" food. Eat what you regularly eat, but only a little bit. Instead of a whole burger. Eat half. And at night before you go to bed, do situps and crunches. Okay? I hope I help out a little bit and good luck!

Do you look big? or do you have alot of muscle? because that makes a big difference!
