About two weeks ago, I started drinking water with every meal and in between meals. I weighed myself before i started and i was 225 lbs. i am happy to say that i am now 219. i was just wondering if i keep doing this, if i'll be in a size 14 or less by next school year (i'm a size 18 now) please anyone give me suggestions on what i should do. i really NEED help!

Hi,
If you want to cut down to a size 14, you have to cut down on portions too, eat have the size of everything you eat that you think is fat. Keep drinking that water!

Don't worry for this silly thing.I am 16 and i weigh 71kg.Get up in the early morning by 5'O clock. Drink 2 glasses of water in your empty stomach. If you have the habit of drinking milk just add half teaspoon of sugar. Go for a walk in the early morning.Take bending exercise.take some diet. But do not keep your stomach empty then you will become fat when gas is formed.Just try this for 1 month and go and check your weightand then inform your weight to me at
