i am 11 and 103 so you can do it just drink a lot of water and don't eat junk food!!!

hey every1 .im 14 yr. old girl and i am overweight. i know alot of people tell me dont worry it doesnt matter whats outside but within and its hard for me to look in the mirror and think of myself as a nobdy because i feel depressed about my body weight. i am goin to start this diet and im going to keep myself busy doing stuff to keep healthy. if any1 has any tips for me please reply back. thanx

Hey! My name is Whitney. I'm 5'7" and weigh 180lbs. I'm just starting a diet so I don't have a sucess story yet, but I know I will. This is my plan: Drinking lots of water, eating at least 3 fruits or veggies a day,or basically watch what I eat alot more, and exercising at least every other day. Hey everyone! I just wanted to say that the best thing in the world just happened to me!! I was at my cousins and this hot guy named Eddie was with us. He said he thought that I was hot even though I am not skinny!! I was so happy. That just shows me that even if you are not as skinny as the girl next to you, your still beautiful!! Ok, about people saying that you should have just soup or salad. Sticking to one type of food is VERY UNHEALTHY. try eating five small meals throughout the day instead of 3, also, go home and eat throughout a normal day and count all the calories, then subtract 750 calories from that, if you eat that much its great for weight loss. and you should also eat a meal instead of snacks, have a sandwich(not peanut butter and jelly!, but ham cheese lettuce tamoto) and a glass of water, lots of water, the multiple meal thing speeds up your motabilism and you get energy throughout the hole day istead of 3 huge gulps of energy, because why would you wanted a 3rd of the days energy before you went to bed? also, go outside! eat afterschool, then play basketball, go swimming, or stay home and do pushups and situps inbeetween commercial breaks, a good work out is the key. And dont stop when your about to get tired stop working out when you cant go on, at all!!!!! Thats the key to success, its hard but it works!!!!! GOOD :LUCK

if you go on a diet your body will adjust to it and as soon as you quite the diet you will gain wieght really really fast, so thats why i preech the 5 meal plan, and lots of excersice that way you can eat great food and get healthy and not gain when the diet quites cause you wont want the diet to quit

hey, to all of yall, don't diet if its not working for u, go ahead and splurge once and a while, it makes it all worth it. Kelloggs has Special K ego waffles that are to die for, with no fat. Anywayz, im about 5'6'-5'7, and 133 lbs, splurging once and while, surprisinly has helped me lose wieght. thats because u don't feel deprived and have that warm fuzzy feeling that comes from good comfort food-and u don't overeat, u don't binge. Im still not at my goal yet, which is 120 lbs, but i know ill get there by this summer. Ive started running about 20 minutes a day, which is 2 miles. Two or three days a week i do kickboxing . the key to losing weight is to -EAT- yes -EAT, AND exercise, it all goes together. Eat healthy and its gauranteed, no matter how much u think u may eat, u'll lose weight. Ive lost 20 lbs so far, and im so phsyced cuz i know, if i push hard, -by this June or July, ill have my dream body.

Hey! I'm 15 and not like everyone else! Everyone i know weighs prolly 125 er so i weigh 147!!!!!!! that is way too much, i mean im 5'4, which isnt very tall so it just doesnt go away, what do i do , im going crazy, diets suck bc i cant stay on them, help ireally need help, i mean am i the only person like me er what? well write back plz with tips if ya could :)

hey people. I've lost 2 pounds this week by eating healthy food, and not pigging out on that. You know what? I had a bagel and butter for breakfast this morning, and a cookie after school, and I'm still 118 when I used to be 120! I've also been doing a ton of running around and sweating, because of soccer practise and play rehearsal. And at this rate, I'll have reached my goal in 4 weeks! Yippee!

Just for you guys to know, you're all very beautiful, no matter what you look like. In God's eyes, he thinks you're the most beautiful person in the world. People make fun of you for being diffrent, but you should know better than them. Lose the weight and become as beautiful as you want on the outside, stick with your diets and then those people that made fun of you'll want to be your friends or go out with you, but don't be friends with people that shallow. Stick with the freinds you're with now, they'll help you through it all. ;)
