I've seen advice from adults and nutritionalists on this site and I'm wondering if they could give me a bit of advice too. Which gyms allow you to join when you're 14 or 15? Because I really want to work out at Golds or Sport and Health fitness center. Those big gyms would be a big motivator for me, and I could go with my dad too. Any one know?

I was just writing some advice to someone and I remembered something. I was watching a talk show one morning and I saw this incredibly skinny lady they had on. She had "invented" a really cool diet tool. It was a plate that was painted. It showed exactly how much each space on the plate should be used for what foods. Like 1/4 meat, 1/4 starch and other types of foods, and 2/4 vegetables. Before she patented this plate (which she had made) she used it for 3 meals, had no seconds, and lost 50 pounds! I think that would be a great thing to do. If you don't want to put much effort into it, just by a cheap (fairly small) clear plate, and on the bottom (opposite eating side) draw on the portions that I listed above and use it for a week for every meal, and let me know how it turned out!

(to ne1 who doesnt know wot it is, its an exerise that concentrates on 1 part of the body to lose weight from it).the problem is,ive also read that spot training is a myth n doesnt work. can any 1 clear it up? I am about 200 pounds. I hate it when I can't find clothes that "regular" girls wear. Especially jeans! I have recently found that Gap.com has womens' sizes 0-20 exclusively online. They have boot-cut, flare, and straight legged jeans. They even have different lengths you can choose from; x-short, ankle, regular, and long. I just wanted to share this to all who have trouble finding jeans.

I've been writing to the owners of this web page about a photos page, and they said due to laws and parental restrictions, they could only put a blurred face on with a normal unblurred body. This seemed ok to me beacuse we wanted to focus on the body anyway. Anyone willing to send a before and after photo please reply, because I'd like to give the owner of the page a rough number. ~*Thanks*~

This one is about me. I weigh 125 lbs. and I know I am not that overwieght but I still am a little. I have 3 rolls and I love to wear jeans, but when I sit down, my stomach curls and expands and my button pops. I don't want to tell any one. I am a boy, and I am ashamed because most of my excess wieght is on my hips and my butt and my thighs. I only have a small stomach but a gigantic butt. I have been trying to cut my porios and not snack at nigh or through the day and I lost 5 pounds but then took back on 6! Plus, our house is ussually stocked with VERY fattening foods like Fudge Rounds, OREO's cakes pizza and that Stoffer's Mac & Cheese. Please help. Thanxs, Chaz

If you are just aching for a cookie after a long time dieting, I just found out that Dad's Oatmeal Cookies aren't that bad for you! Each cookie only has 50 calories and 1.7g of fat!
