Today: 175 lb - hey i'm 13 and i weigh about 175 i really try to lose weight but the more i exercise the more i eat...my mom is always on my back about eating healthy because she doesn't want me to end up like her(overweight,high blood pressure,diabetes,ect) and my sister weighs 123lbs and had stayed that way ever since the 7th grade until senior year in high school...it's not like i wanna be fat and every online diet program i try to sign up for i have to pay...please give me tips,advice,or just talk to me

Ht. 5'4", Today: 115 lb (BMI %tile: 59) - im not overweight cuz i weigh 115 and im 5'4 but i got this 4 overweight ppl. i got it off this site. i dont think ppl look @ the stuff that much here cuz they ask bout how 2 lose weight. well it says:Cut in half whatever you usually eat, eat half, and save half for later. You're not giving it up, because you can have it later. If you're at a restaurant, ask the waitress to box up the half you don't eat and take it with you to have the next day. Even cutting just a third or a fourth off will help. The idea is to eat the same things you are used to, just less of them. This is hard for the first week or two, but then it gets easier. Cutting down by little steps each day may be easier. Then it's like a new habit. You don't even miss the extra food. You can then adjust the size of the servings you eat, so that you stay where you want your weight to be. And remember... typical serving sizes are set by people who want to sell food...(Click here to see rest of message).

Ht. 5'4", Today: 227 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I am 15 and 227 lbs at 5'4" but I'm not fat fat. I'm only thick. I have lots of muscle from where I used to be athletic. Ht. 5'4", Start: 178 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - im 13 years old,5'4, and 170 pounds (i started at 178!)the problem is that i only look like i weigh about 134 so i dont get motivated enough any suggestions? (p.s. i am keeping a food journal and losing weight)

to all of you guys who are saying i am going to make my self throw up..dont do it i used to do it and it really messes you up..just talk to your doctor ok...be safe about it...really just talk to someone dont become sick like that its reallly no fun...and it really messes you up..just think about it first..see your doctor guys!!

Hi, i wanted to share some of my tips on a HEALTHY diet for all of you. It isn't any spoof about no eating meat or no breads or veggies. This makes sense. All you have to do it find the healthy calorie intake for your height and weight...(A 5'0-5'9 person weighing 110-140 should consume 2000 or fewer calories a day, and no more than 50 grams of fat) Once you have found that you just need to make sure you don't exeed your limit. I have found that the easiest way to do this is to write it down and at the end of the day calculate everything. Also by writing down what you eat, you are much more aware and don't eat some of the very ungealthy things you used to because you become very aware of how unhealthy it was. Please take this into consideration before trying anything extreme. I lost 17 in one month. It was a great feeling to know I put my mind to something and i really did it!

Ht. 5'7", Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 145 lb - Hi this is my first time to the sight and i was wondering if anyone could help me out. has anyone else here tried weight watchers and been successful? the first week i tried it i lost 5 pounds, and continued to lose after that, but then i lost interest and gained a few pounds again. im looking for someone else on w.w. that can help me out. thanks!
