Ht. 6'2", Today: 256 lb - Hey every one. OK, I way 256 lbs. and i'm 6ft.2in. I lift weights, but it doesn't seem to make my stomach or tits dissapear any faster than sitting around would. I have been doing more exercise lately, but it doesn't seem to make my gut go away, even though the scale says I lose ten lbs. Last year, I played on my schools football team and went to every single practice and gave it my all, I mean I ran my ass off and lifted till i could feel every muscle in my body. At the beginning of the season I weighed 255 lbs, and by the end, 2 months later, i weighed 225, but it didn't look as though I had lost a single pound, and I drank PLENTY of water too. So if anybody's had this problem and gottten through it, or you know how to deal with it, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
