Today: 175 lb - hey i'm 13 and i weigh about 175 i really try to lose weight but the more i exercise the more i eat...my mom is always on my back about eating healthy because she doesn't want me to end up like her(overweight,high blood pressure,diabetes,ect) and my sister weighs 123lbs and had stayed that way ever since the 7th grade until senior year in high school...it's not like i wanna be fat and every online diet program i try to sign up for i have to pay...please give me tips,advice,or just talk to me

Look 1st don't be so worried about your wieght i wieghed 10 lbs. less than you when i was your age and know i wiegh almost 190 lbs.(i was depressed when i gained wieght)you'll be ok just run more,drink more water,play a school sport!!!!Believe me you'll lose wieght!!!!Good luck!!!!
