i wish i had an accurate scale at home. i weigh myself once a week at my boyfriends house but i want to weigh myself right now. grrr- oh well- i suppose it's better that it's making me wait. the scale i have tells me that i'm 145 pounds or so and there's no way that i've lost 7 pounds in 4 days. lol. oh well- i'll weigh myself later tonight but that's annoying because it's better if i do it in the morning but i don't have a good scale.

thanx you guys that have helped me get started and stay motivated.This isnt a weight question but something i am worried bout because I am afraid he might think Im to fat and the person who told me that he liked me was lieing i dont no any more. I want to ask this one guy out because he is a cutie and someone told me he likes me but im afraid they were just saying that. So I dont know whut to do? I was sitting and talking with him a little while after school and he is such a sweetie I just want to go out with him but i dont no whut he will say and I am afraid everyone will think weird of me cuz this guy isnt the type everyone would go out with? please help. I really dont know If he would say yes or no what should i do?

Hey everone, I just wanted to say thanks for all of your support.. It's been a good five days so far and I feel like I have more energy, and more control of what Im eating. And I think i am gonna borrow a video from "the frim collection" lol since everyone is saying so much good stuff about them. Let's see and my paln seems to be workin im doin the south bech diet revised by yours truly, im including fruits, and milk, and im doing my best to get rid of carbs and im doin well the only carbs i have eaten is maybe a cup of health ceral every other day or so. And another thing ive noticed is since ive been using this website i barely think about food, yesterday it was around dinner time and i had realized that all i had eaten i two apples a bananna and a piece of hard candy.. so im glad food isnt ruling my life anymore... and I owe part of that to you guys im really grateful for your... I know tomorrow will be hard cuz of thanksgiving but i know i can stick to this.. My goal is not to eat any carbs except for maybe a tiny tiny bit of mashed potatoes no sweets and just eat meat fruit and veggies, and the only thing i am allowing myself to have is this pita (spinach pie) my mom makes only once or twice a year that i love, but now that i am in control i know i can limit myself.. so good luck to everyone tomorrow.. my suggestion is to set goals before hand. thanks for everything.. i wil post tomorrow to tell u how it goes.. bubeyes *MaNdY* (view less)

hey everyone I did taebo in gym today and also I had baasketball. I am going to try and eat really well this weekend so i can be at 170 by sunday. I am planning on not eating a lot of munchies and saving for the main meal tomorrow and at the main meal have veggies, fruits, turkey, and whatever else is happy and also some potatos because my great aunt makes some great potatos so I have to have some of those. Well I'll be sure to post my weight on sunday. BUHBYE for now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you guys can't stop eating candy then don't- but this is what you can do for it- switch from soft candy like chocolate and stuff to hard candy like lolly pops and mints and any other hard candy. think of it this way- you could have a 200 calorie(usually they're more then that but oh well!) candy bar and take 5 minutes eating it OR you can have a 80 calorie chacolate(or other flavor) tootsie lolly pop and have it last for 20 minutes....hmmmm. lol. well that's a tip for everyone- i've been doing that but this week i'm not going to have any candy. oh and for those that are interested in the negative calorie diet go to http://www.webterrace.com/negative/ for more info on it. i'm going to try it for a few days just to speed up my metabolism and because i'm going to an old town i used to live in in a few days. i'm also going to be good during thanks giving AND the birthday party i'm going... I HAVE A FEW:IF U HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING HIGH IN FAT/CALORIES (E.G: CHOCALATE) THROW HALF THE BAR AWAY BEFORE U START EATING IT, THEN U WILL ONLY HAVE HALF THE FAT AND CALS!yay!!!! and remember:we r all thin people trapped inside other peoples bodys, we need to consume less calories, and burn more cals to break free!!!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - Alrite im 13 an prob. around 5'4 or 5'5 i weigh about 140 (i think i dont have a scale...i use my grandmas) anyway im like soo confused cuz the mirrors at school i think i acutally look good in. and then my one at home i think i look fat in...which one is the real me? is 140 overweight cuz i sure feel like it. i guess nobody ever says im fat or anything like that basicaly everybody in the whole school likes me (we have like 300 kids in the whole school) so it only bothers me but i really need to slim down my stomach it really bugs me...and now that i've had like 3 boyfriends and im actually serious bout the one i have now so i wanna look good any advice????

ok ppl listen there was someone by the name Ruben which what he said isnt true the only reason im saying this is because kids will believe that stuff!! listen muscle is about 6 times the wieght of fat! so if your musclar u will wiegh more then u already did (and yes this is true) muscle is much more denser then fat! so when u noticed that u wieghed more and u excised alot dont freak out! u may of lost wieght and gained muscle!
