Ht. 5'5", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - i am 13 im 5'5 and im 170 pounds i dont look as overweight as i am but i think im really fat. my siblings always call me fatty and i dont know what to do?can anyone help?

ok yall know i got a problem and all but here is some good advice i have picked up over my weight loss goal i had a slow metabolism so i was like the only way i can do this is speed it up which is not completley true but it helps alot! here is how u do it .. eat something small every 1-2 hours like if ur at school and u get a bag of apple chips or something like that at the begging of class open ur purse and eat like five just keep your self eating every now and then to speed up ur metabolism...ok and here is something else ur not gonna get my problem justfor taking my advice my problem is overdosing on diet pills alot which u guys never ever in ur life do ..it takes over i got that from very low self esteem getting put down all the time always saying that i wasnt good enough and stuff like that ..thats FYI use it or dont ur choice

hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some stomach exersises. I've been doing crunches but I can't seem to get rid of extra skin that seems to have no elasticity after having twins 1 year ago. Someone told me that my stomach would always have hanging skin nomatter how hard I try, but I refuse to take no for an answer.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - Hey everyone! I am Marie..Here's a little information about me...I am about 5'4" and around 163lbs eek I know, But I don't really look fat I kinda hide it well lol but everytime I look in the mirror I get depressed about my weight! I used to weigh 180 but I lost the weight while dieting and doing the treadmill for an hour a day..It was easy but for some Reason I just started skipping days than soon I quit altogether 'though I wish I wouldn't have! I was on a role...lol but I am going to start dieting and exercising again! I know that anyone who wants to lose weight can really do it because if you want to bad enough' you will do anything in your power to! Just think food only tastes and feels good for that moment when your chewing it but being skinny will make you feel good, confident, and social! Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I remember when i was in 3rd grade and our teacher would weigh the students in front of the class and it would be my turn. i was the biggest kid in class and everyone would laugh at me. i was 9 years old and already 100 lbs. i remember i wouldn't eat at lunch. i remember each year after that i swore to myself and to my family i was not going to be fat anymore. i was going to change and become smaller no matter how hard it was. 6yrs later i am 15 and weigh 192 lbs. i don't know when i started gaining weight. i suppose it was when i started school. guess i could sue them huh? out of all my friends i am the fattest. i am in ap(advanced placement) classes and have a diverse personality and i get along with anyone who gives me a chance. but you see i am 15 almost 16 and i am becoming a young woman and i am starting to want that other person in my life to complete me, however guys today only... Hey. I'm way up north in Minnesota, and we already have snow, so it's kind of impossible to be running outside. We just moved right in front of a track, convinently, but it's a little chilly to be using it! What are some good excercises that I could be doing inside? When we go back to the other house, I am going to grab the tae-bo tape, and do that for 15-20 minutes every morning before school, if I can manage getting up an extra half hour early ;o) Any other tips on how I can lose 30 lbs by March?

I'm gonna cry. why do guys i know al have to be shallow and not like girls unless they are a certain way. the one guy i really like only dates asians because he's asian adn whites are the last people he'd look at. according to my bestfriend-who went out with his twin and is asian and she also said that he looks at looks before personality. i hate being the way i am because its soo depressing. i am starting to hate myself.

Today: 173 lb - Ok i had basketball again today for 2 hours and I feel great I do fine in basketball till the end when I mess it all up because at the end we run and that is the part and only part i hate about practice. I think I am getting use to it and becoming better. I love basketball and hope with basketball I will loose all the weight i want or a lot of weight I want. THe next dance is sweethearts on friday feb. 13 and i want to be 150 by then at least. I am 173 now do you think I can do this? I am also eating right and stretching and drinking a lot of water. Well I hope to be 160 by xmas also. Well see ya later!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest you do jumping jax.. 40 minutes a day :] good for your arms/legs/and everything els.. your heart gets a good workout too it beats like crazy when your done..do this for about 6 months youll see results sooner but do it !!! u can do it at home and stuff
