how do u do crunches?? how many should u do in a day?

Crunches aren't the only thing you should do though. That will only work your upper body. You should do 20 of those, 20 reverse crunches, bicycle crunches, standing leg crunches, and many more. It will be hard at first so start with maybe 8-10 of each and move up!!

i do 50 a day when I dont have basketball practice and sometimes even after practice.

hey they say shud bout 100 a day but thats impossible! i do bout 20 a day! basically u lie on the floor on your back and put your knees up and basically lift your upper body using you stomach muscles so that you are half way up n thats it! if you dont understand a thing i am writing then reply n il find you this website which helped me!
