hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some stomach exersises. I've been doing crunches but I can't seem to get rid of extra skin that seems to have no elasticity after having twins 1 year ago. Someone told me that my stomach would always have hanging skin nomatter how hard I try, but I refuse to take no for an answer.

It is definitely not true about whatever was posted. It will just take time. Remember that you need to do more than crunches to lose the extra skin though. Try reverse crunches, bicycles, and you will also have to work your lower and upper obliques. Contrary to what is said, situps work too. You can try the exercise video FIRM ABS, there are 3 workouts in the tape and you are guaranteed results in 10 workouts or less. I am 19 also and I had a child. I've toned up alot since then.

it's not true what that person said. it goes away really slowly because you're still really young. it would be true if you were maybe 30-40 years old but you still have to be patient...

green tea- to some degree- helps raise your metabolism and makes your skin more elasticy. you need to do cardio exersizes like running- but since it;s getting cold more of something on the lines of taebo or an indoor tape. you also need to change your diet and just be patient because it takes time and you can't spot reduce on a part of your body and sometimes it's the parts we want to see the results in faster are the ones that show up last. just keep at it! good luck!

Sorry to say but you will have extra skin your whole life. Unless you get it removed through surgery.
