hey everyone I did taebo in gym today and also I had baasketball. I am going to try and eat really well this weekend so i can be at 170 by sunday. I am planning on not eating a lot of munchies and saving for the main meal tomorrow and at the main meal have veggies, fruits, turkey, and whatever else is happy and also some potatos because my great aunt makes some great potatos so I have to have some of those. Well I'll be sure to post my weight on sunday. BUHBYE for now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
