Ht. 5'5", Start: 158 lb, Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 66), Goal: 115 lb - i used to be 5'3" and 158 pounds, now i'm 5'4.5" and 126 pounds, i want to get down to 115 pounds, but these last 11 pounds are so hard! does anyone have any tips on how i can get these last few pounds off?

What are the things that poke out of your upper thighs? Are they called saddlebags? Well, I want to lose my saddlebags and jiggly thighs, and I need to in a month and a half...please, i need info about how to do all that...what kind of workouts are there that can help them really good??? PLEASE!

Hey you guys! I've only eaten 600 calories so far today Yipee! And Guess wat? NO SWEETS.. except for one of those chocolates from the christmas calendar.. and dont worry I'll be eating some more tonight because I havent eaten dinner... but anyways my main reason for posting is that its like 17 days away from christmas and I have $1.25 to buy at least 3 people christmas presents.. so I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on making sum money.. besides baby-sitting:P Thanks!!

I saw where everyone is saying that muscle weighs more than fat and you may gain weight but lose inches on the message that i posted below this one i but that i wanted to lose like 40-50 pounds by may but i want to go from a 13-16 jeans (jouniors) to a 5-8 jean (jouniors) by may can i do that with drinking green tea, taebo, eating healthy, and anthing else ppl suggest??? please replythank you~*Bailie*~

I'm like trying to lose between 40-50 pounds by May I'm going to start drinking green tea and I'm goin to get taebo for christmas or after christmas some time and im going to do it like 2 times a day and soon my sister is goin to start taking me to a fitness place when ever she is off work so like maybe 1-3 times a day. I was wondering if any one knows any other ways that might help me to reach my goal and also if anyone knows if I'll be able to reach my goal if I do all the things i mentioned o yea and i also wanted to know that if anyone can give me like some good eating ideas. Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 96) - Wel i was 200, but i lost 15 lbs, and am now 185! I am 5' 8" I am so happY! And i was really happy when my friend's mom noticed that I lost weight, and said that she was realy proud of me! I didnt think that anyone noticed, but they did. I am happy!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 78), Goal: 130 lb - hey guys i weigh 143 and am 5'6 i think im to big im very causious and dont like my body and everytime i try dieting it doesn't last long i know i can do it but i haven't yet. i think that if i weighed like 130 or so i would feel better about myself so what do you guys think if i was to drink nothing but water and cut down on the sweets do ya'll think i could lose the weight like that?? please reply an dtell me what you think!

I have surprisingly good will power. I have no breakfast, for lunch a PBJ sand. and water, and 1 thing of whatever there is for dinner. If its pizza, I eat half of it. I dunno but that is pretty good than before! I have lost 10 lbs in a lil more than 2 weeks, score! but i bet its not healthy...

OKAY! enough with the "do i weight too much?" questions! you need to decide3 for yourself- other people can't decide for you unless you're extremely underweight- in that case- this board is for overweight people. if you don't think that you're big then fine! you're not- no problem! stop worring about it! if you think you need to lose weight then do it! don't keep asking other people's permission! just do it healthily ok? no problem! just get at it and good luck!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 135 lb - ok- i'm 149 and 5'5" now- down from 170. everyone can do it if they put their mind to it. i'm not going to explain everything i did to lose the weight- ive just been following my own advice and doing it healthy by eating better foods and burning it off with cardio work outs. i want to be 135-139 by the weekend after my birthday which is the 9th but i want to weight that much by the 11th because i'm getting a haircut and i'm going clothes shopping and want to buy really nice clothes that'll make me look great. i know it's pushing myself a bit but i'm still going to do it healthy but just be more strict. ever since i started acctually losing weight i haven't had a perfect week of dieting and exerizing so i'm going to do it this week. well, good luck everyone- even though nobody needs luck- all they need is a little willpower...

Hi I wanted to ask if you think I can lose weight by diet alone. Do you think I could do that or should I exercise too? My mom went on atkiins and lost 60 pounds then after the diet she put on 20 pounds. And I also found this diet that is really good it is called God's diet. It is where all you eat is natural things you know like fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish. No bread or ice cream and alot of other things. Do you think that is a good diet? And if you think that I should exercise too can you give me some tips?

I think I ate too much today, tell me what you think: Breakfast: boiled egg; Lunch, Caeser Salad with chicken; Dinner: boiled egg, brocolli with Ranch Dressing; Snack: Banana with peanut butter, apple, and a doughnut (i have NO will power!) well im trying to go on a very healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies and one unhealthy thing a day if i can't resist. What do you guys think?

Today: 145 lb, Goal: 115 lb - hey there well i weight 145lbs.. im very concious and my boyfriend just left and is to return in like 4 months i relaly want ogetdown to 115 but i dont think i can do it.. my mom wont tell me anyhting about dieting.. but i feel ugly and just i dont even wantto go out.. cansomeone tell me if i eat salad for dinner with chicken and a slim fast bar for lunch and tomato juice for breakfast will i lose weight fsat..? and cani reach my goal by may? please answeer me!
