I'm like trying to lose between 40-50 pounds by May I'm going to start drinking green tea and I'm goin to get taebo for christmas or after christmas some time and im going to do it like 2 times a day and soon my sister is goin to start taking me to a fitness place when ever she is off work so like maybe 1-3 times a day. I was wondering if any one knows any other ways that might help me to reach my goal and also if anyone knows if I'll be able to reach my goal if I do all the things i mentioned o yea and i also wanted to know that if anyone can give me like some good eating ideas. Um, if you want something for excercise, even though you have a ton of things, you should try Winsor Pilates, that's what I do, when i have time, it really works, although it, is a bit expensive, so plan on spending $60-$80 ok. For eating: 1) drink lots of water 2) have larger lunch and a smaller dinner, that way you have more time to digest your food and burn more calories 3) I hope you reach your goal!
