can i lose 10lbs in 16 days?

You can lose 10 lbs in 16 days. It's not really unhealthy. I mean, if I said that I wanted to lose 3 lbs a week instead of two, would that be unhealthy???? I don't think so!!! So 5 lbs a week isn't really unhealthy!!!! You can do it, it will just be tough!

Yes, it is very possible to lose 10 pounds in 16 days. That's about 5 pounds a week. I once went on a diet and I exercise everyday and I lost 6 pounds in the first week and 7 in the next. It was healthy too, I was just burning alot of calories from exercising. As long as you do it healthily then its fine.

You're only supposed to lose 2 pounds a week but i guess it's POSSIBLE to lose that much but it's not healthy...

you can't lose 10 lbs in 16 days healthily. You're losing muscle, not fat.

One of the best excersizes you can do to loose weight and burn up calories is RUNNING! Give it a try, try to run at least 1/4 mile everyday, and increase it.
