Ht. 5'4", Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hi, I am on break 4 the holidays and I am 5'4 and 168 pounds I want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I was wondering if that is possible? I lost about 10 pounds in one week before but I am kind of confused? I jog and I love stretching. Thanks :) HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Today: 130 lb, Goal: 95 lb - Hi ya'all I need to lose weight. I am developing a fat stomach and I don't like it. When my mom and I fight she calls me a physco, fat, slut and it hurts. She sometimes says I don't care if you puke up your food or not eat at all it would save me money. My dad isn't as mean he just says hey your getting tummy there Kristina. I now weigh 130. Today: 280 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi I'm new here but I've been over weight forever and I've tried alot of stuff but I am really starting to get serious about it because it is sooooo unhealthy prom is coming up and no guys have ever looked at me except maybe to laugh or make some snotty comment. You seem to be a wise group help me please I want to loose alot of weight and fast doesn't everybody but what can I do to do it without pills or mad exspensive bow flex machines, or bogus maricle elctro belts. I'm 280 yeah I know gasp gasp the horror I want to get done to a reccomened 140 so I've got 1/2 to loose a big undertaking. I'm on the low carb diet and it kind of sucks I've had near no results what can I do I'm willing to exercise at home but I'm huge so I can't exactly run a marathon guys please help

I am hopefully going to get a weight loss thingy going sometime soon, either during or right after the break, and I was wondering if this seemed like a good workout regimine(Sp?): nights with the Penguins on (NHL), I do the exercise bike during play, and take a break between periods, and a weight training thing skipping one and two days at a time (IE Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Monday, etc).
And I won't forget the good foods.
How does it sound?

Well y'all its a new day and even though its december its gonna be 60 degrees where i live so i think that i'm going to spend most of my time outside today. lol. but just a little piece of advice, planning meals makes things easier. You don't have to worry about what you are going to eat. Most meal plans encourage planning meals anyways, but it does take a lot of time. If you just write down everything, thats a start...but i found that i ended up cheating more and not being honest to myself and writing wut i ate down. The whole planning thing is like a game plan where you don't have to think. Also you can ha ve an active role in what ur family prepares for your meals. Just a lil advice. hope sum1 can use it!

Ht. 5'5", Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - Hey:-) I haven't been here in forever. Does Henry and Jay still come on here? Anyways....a couple posts back a girl (I believe it was Rachel...) said her birthday was on February 19...so is mine! lol, how cool is that...Anyways. I want to have some of my new years resolution finished by then. I'm sick of saying "I want to lose x amount of pounds before this date." Because that never works for me. I like things like..."By this date I want to have done everything that I could in order to lose x amount of pounds..." and if I don't lose that much, at least I'll know that I tried...and if I do...great. So, instead of having my new years resolution be "Lose 30-40 lbs by summer or else..." I want to have one like, "Eat healthier...exercise daily (no excuses) and feel better by...date" Anyone think that sounds better? and would anyone like to be my diet buddy? I'm 5'4 3/4" (5'5")... Ht. 5'7", Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I am 5"7 192 and keeping with what i said. I want to be at at lest a semi-healthy weight by jn 5th today i had one bowl of cerial with 2% milk and i had two mints for lunch i am having a few glasses of iced tea and for dinner i will eat some rice or nodles and today i have had tons of areobic exercise and sit-ups along with crunches!

Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - my original goal was 145 but i'm 148 and now that i'm nearing it i'm not seeing the body i want still. i've lost 22 pounds but it's not enough and i'm not where i want to be. so my other goal is 130 but now i'm thinking perhaps 125 to give myself some room to gain and lose a couple of pounds here and there. i really wish i had gone down some pants sizes but i haven't and i'm going shopping on friday and i think i'll buy some snug clothes and work my butt off trying to lose enough to fit into them. maybe one pair opf pants. but man- i really wish i had lost more inches- right now i don't care about weight- i care about INCHES and it's just not going away! grrrr. i'm working so hard for it not to be showing. other people claim to see a difference but i think they're just being nice- especially my boyfriend. he says he loves my body right now and that i don't need to lose weight but he...
