I am 17 years old and weigh 195 pounds. I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks. I've been using Wlak Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. If your are trying to lose weight, this video will do the job! I have struggled with weight my entire life, and one day I said no more. First you need to set goals, short and long term goals. Then you need to figure out a plan that's good for you. Exercise regularly and watch what you eat! I know once in a while, you'll get tempted at a resturant and see a good looking cheesecake. All you have to do is eat in moderation and cut the cheesecake in half, you don't have to eat the whole thing.(Here's a little tip: when you go out and eat, resturants usually give you a lot of food, u don't have to eat the whole thing, take water and pour it over your food after you are done eating. Hey i've seen alot of posts stating how people keep gaining and gaing despite weight loss efforts, and I'm in the same boat as y'all! I used to be about 158, now i'm 165. I know not that big of a differnce, but i want to get rid of the extra weight now, and then continue to lose. I'm really mad at myself for letting my self go, but i'm trying the kick start weight loss plan from dr. phil i really hope that it works. Please any ideas that will keep me and the rest of y'all in the same boat to get off this upward hill, please respond.

Hey Im Heidi, Im 18 and 5'5 and weight almost 170. This all hit me so fast, in the summer I was only 130, I had a bad knee accident years ago and couldnt play sport anymore, but never gained weight. I started College this year and work two jobs just to get through it and while this is going on IM gainnig weight and it wont stop. When I say I dont have time to exercise its serious, when I get home Im always tired. I was also diagnosed with Polcyric Ovrium Disease this year nothing too serious but it had worn me out physically. Hahahaha I am a desperate case. I just want to get back to 130lbs =(( Oh and has anyone ever got stretch marks embarrassing as it is I just got some on my sides and I think its from all the weight gain so fast, anyone know what to do to get rid of them or can I???

ok i am 15 and im in 10th grade and im not overweight but im not at the size i would like to be. im 132lb and i look like i weigh 180 because i am so short..i dont know what to do any suggestions??

duz anybody know if u need to do cardio exercises when ur doing the winsor pilates? or do u not have to and still keep losing weight?

Hey guys, well, I know this doesn't have ne thing to do w/ weight loss, but yesturday I was in a car collision, and this guy ran a red light and slammed right into my side!!!( the car flipped and was on it's side faced the other way) but ne way, I went to school today, and this has happened to me b4. Well, love and God Bless, and ALWAYZ wear a seatbelt!!!!!!!!!

Hey! im 14 now 5'7 230lbs! wanting to be 130! thats 100 lbs to lose and i wanan lose between 50-70 by September! then the rest by November, when i might get to meet the love of my life! I am doing this for me,b/c i have friends n everything but this is really for the best i just dunno wut to do .. i hear eat healthy exercise, but that doesnt work for me i just eat n lay around! neways so ya I am thinking for lunch i eat hmm healthy n i start to eat breakfat and dinner!! can anyone make me a plaan or sommin with exercise non machinery ones included and when to do this.. i just needsommin to follow! also could u add in there when to wash my face, u would understand if u knew! i would really appreciate alot! imean i have been comming here since i last summer n ya! thanks for ur help if ya need my emailor anything just ask! may god be with everyone! ALSO umm in school we hafta do wellness testing-running, curl ups pull ups sit n reach my scores suck how can i improve em?

OK, Im 5'8 and i weigh 195, i want to lose about 50 lbs by my bday Sept. 7, i have pilates, yoga, taebo, and walk away the lbs, but i don't know how to get motivated, my parents are going to let me get my navel pierced, so i printed out some pics of rings, hope that will motivate me
