ok poeple i love my self no matter what but the one thing i hate is this fat. its like what ever i do it stays. this week i've been good. but its hard i've been fat since the.....3rd grade and started wearing lady sizes in the 5th grade and right now im 170 lbs. my friends say that im not fat cuz i dont look fat but i am and everytime i eat i feel even fatter and i dont want to strave my self i just want to enter high school looking............skinner oh have more self confidence.if anyone could help me thank you very very much.

shoot girl.. I know exactly what you mean. Well you have the whole summer to work on your goal. Let's see...Ok write down on paper your favorite healthy foods like strawberries, yogert, etc. Then write down all the unhealthy foods you like.. Ice cream and pizza and make a list with healthier versions of those things like no sugar added low fat Ice cream and a lean cuisene pizza. Drink more water.. If you must drink soda It's gotta be diet and your exersize should be something you like doing..like just getting out with your friends for a night and going to a dance..stuff like that...don't try to hard because If you do that you will fail and probably give up and binge. Just focus on being active with fun things.
