Hey!!!! Well, I an now 14! April 7th was my b-day! But thats not the point. I have lost 55 lbs but I still feel big. I used to weigh 190 lbs and now I weigh 134-135 lbs. I wear a size 9 but I still feel big sometimes. Maybe thats because I still have flab on my stomach. It drives me nuts!!! How can i get rid of it and make my stomach look nice for the summer????? I know I have abs under the flab because I can feel then when I tighten my stomach and push in, but I don't know how to get the flab off of them!!!!! It is really making me mad!!! What do you guys do for modavation????? I really need some!!After two days I usually stop exerciseing!!! And what about eating, how do you control the cravings??????? Well, I hope you can help me! Hi there! For fat on the stomach, you definatly want to do cardivascular workouts such as jogging, walking, biking, dancing ect. Also, if you aren't doing so, eat a healthy diet... You probably know how to do that. Good luck with loosing your stomach flab by summer!! You can most definatly do it! :-)

Congradulations on your weight loss and Happy Birthday!!! Let's see..now that your at a healthy weight you basically wanna just tone up right? I read in Shape magazine..don't know if it works or not.. but they said that doing weight training .. sit ups..and running or walking afterwards tones better then running or walking before.. i don't know..its weird. Keep up the good work!!!

Happy birthday and If i were you i would try to do some cardioarebics like active stuff like jogging or i even suggest buying Walk Away The POunds. so that will burn away the fat and u can see ur nice hot abs...
