Hey i've seen alot of posts stating how people keep gaining and gaing despite weight loss efforts, and I'm in the same boat as y'all! I used to be about 158, now i'm 165. I know not that big of a differnce, but i want to get rid of the extra weight now, and then continue to lose. I'm really mad at myself for letting my self go, but i'm trying the kick start weight loss plan from dr. phil i really hope that it works. Please any ideas that will keep me and the rest of y'all in the same boat to get off this upward hill, please respond.

Ok, i tried the dr. phil thing and it did not work for me. i lost a tiny bit of weight but it was a lot of work, cutting carbs fat and calories like it says.
It may be controversial but atkins works a lot better and though you have to get used to no bread, it is really easy because you don't go hungry. But that only worked for me, so i can't really say. you have to make sure you excercise soem either way.
