I'm getting a blue screen instead of the new chatroom.Not a "you've been banned" screen, just a blue screen.Can't get in.....well u guys never give up on ur weight loss goals. I have msn and yahoo if anyone wants to chat.....i wish i could get into the room. I hope you all reach your goals.

I am about 5'7 and weigh 148. I am overweight by about 15 or 20 pounds. I need to know if i am losing weight on this diet.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of grape nuts with a handful of soy nuts with 1 cup of 2 percent milk. 1 hard boiled egg (no yolk).
Lunch: 1 small sandwich, grapes or apple, handful of chips, and bottle of water.
Either 20 mins aerobic or 20 mins of muscluar training every day. (i alternate)
Dinner: Whatever (but usually lean meat or fish - something low fat)
No snacks. Also, i drink 6 bottles of water a day and aviod soft drinks. I am in middle of growth spurt and am developing a 6-pack and my biceps.

hey! i got to the weight i want .. and i want to maintain it...but im not sure what the best way to do this is...here is my day...breakfast-bowl of honey and oats cereal, lunch-spaghetti and bread role thing with milk. and then i had a lollipop. and for a snack i had a piece of cake, and for dinner im having fajitas. well im sure it isnt great, but i ran 4 miles, walked 1 mile, and i did 30 lunges, and some other leg workouts! so how does this sound?

Today was horrible.. I TRIED ATKINS.. BUT I DIDNT MAKE IT I FALIED RITE ABOUT 3:10PM WHEN I GOT OFF THE BUS!!! errrrrr I ATE ABOUT 150 CARBS TODAY BUT UNDER 1500 CAL. TOM IM STRIVING TO DO ATKINS BUT MY MOM BUYS SO MUCH JUNK FOOD SHE TRYS TO MAKE ME EAT I THINK SHE WANTS ME FAT UHHHHHHHHH SHE GETS ON MY NERVESSSSSS I WANNA LOSE WEITGHT I WANNA WEIGH 125LBS BY NEXT SUMMER PLZZZ HELP !

i did so bad today. i had cereal for bfast but for lunch, 3 slices of pizza ice cream and then veggies and fruit. i know so bad i had orientation for high school and nothin healthy. any tips???

hi im at frome collige schoollots of boys and girls mack fun of me i rilly wont some help im a size 18 and i hate it plz can i person help me plz. i cry my self to sleep at night noing i have got to get up the next day to go to school with the boys and girls macking fun of my weight. i wish i was a size 10 thats my drem just to be slim so i hope all your lifes are ok and your got the drem i have always wonted thank your fror you lisning to me :)

hey i just got into highschool and im not extremly overweight for my height but i am for my age im around 5 10 and wear a 14 jeans...i play sports and am on the highschool volleyball, softball and basketball team so i excerzie alot. ive tried to akins and u dont get really long results so is their anyway i can lose around like 15 pounds... i weigh like 190 please help! u can email me if u want...strawberryhug89@yahoo.comok thanks...like diet programs..i have all the excerzie i do all that well

i researched the atkins diet...its the fastest weight loss diet and you lose more weight in the 1st 6 months then with any other diet but after 6 months it starts to slow down to the speed of the regular diets..hope that helps some of you motivation wise that are planning on trying it! :)

ok guys so iv been on a diet for 3 weeks of eating veg and fruite alot along with wheat bread instread of white and white chicke as my main meat no butter or sugar starting 2 days ago i kinda incorporated that into weightwatchers thinking maybe that would help and im also doing tae-bo once a day or everyother day depending my ultimate goal is to be down to 170 by graduation which is like in 2 years seeing as im a junior im 5'6 and 240lbs i want to be down like 40 lbs by june do u think continueing on this and increasing exersize lil by lil i can reach either of these goals?

Yeah.. well i wanna summ upp my goal!! Well im 5'3 178 lbs 36 in waist.. big lower body(hips,butt,legs,thighs,) i got bigg buildd arms.. and chest..shoulders.. not chest chest like boobs.. but yea i was wondering if i lost weight will i lose weight in my arms,face,fore arms, fingerss too?? and also i wanna get down to 125-130lbs by maybe the end of May thats 9 months to lose 50 lbs..if i start well now.. or atleast lose 50lbs bye AUG! I would still be happy!! thank yall so muchh
