uhh i didnt get to start today.. i didnt start my day off right bc i had noo healthy foodd tom.. ima tryyy its so hard bc momma just went groc shopping and got pop tarts.. chipss.. icecream all that bad stuff but ima try in the morni itss bacon and eggs before school :) atkinss here i come.. also today i exercised i danced for like an hour.. i turned my tv on to ch 223 mtv hitss non stop and danceddddddd yayy lol!! leave me 1!! xOoOO Rinaa

Hey Guys, Not to be rude to anyone on this site but for the people who are saying I ate pizza, chips, and cake, ice cream and cookies all day, but I ran 2 miles you need to realize you are putting the wrong things into your body and you won't lose weight as quickly as someone who is eating healthy. I just thought I would share that with people who think that by just exercising they are doing okay. You may be fit, but your body will not be healthy.

i just got a shot for birth control today...they said i might gain like 6 lbs and im already 145 and am 5'6 so i need to start eating healthier...any motivation or tips for me?? ahhh life is hard :(

Allo Chaps! I am JB and I am here to say Hi! Guys, I believe you can loose weight, no I know you can. I am overweight still and I am sick of it so I run a mile a day! And if you can get me to do that, wow! I am 5'11 and 192lbs people tell me it isn't much. Look at me and it is, I am sick of having a chest or hips to big, I really would like work outs for those. I have a mom who knows a lot! of loosing weight. And I know a bunch to cause I am worried so much. I am here to help and would love to. I really want to lose weight now that my gym class works out in the weight room. The only problem is that I can exercise in the weight room,but then I start my job tomorrow working at a college. But when I get home,I don't feel like getting outside and exercising! I also can't really change my eating habits. Sometimes I can. Like this morning I was doing great. I had a banana with orange juice. Then in school it was my teacher's birthday so we had cake. The good thing was that I didn't eat all of it. Then at lunch I had tuna fish with lettuce and skim milk. Then after school,is like the worst part! Everyday pretty much I'm hungry and instead of grabbing fruit,I eat junk food. What can I do to gain motivation to lose weight and exercise? I'm about 220 pounds and I'm 5'6''. Please help thanks!

hey guys im trying to maintain my weight and this is what i ate today...breakfast-(got up too late!!) lunch*- slice of turkey (30 cals)grapes, nutrigrain bar dinner-atkins chicken and broccoli at fridays and then we went and got ice cream and i had it was sprinkles and cookie dough! but i ran 4 miles, and walked one mile and i had bball practice .. so is this okay for maintaining?!?
