hey... i was supposed to weigh in at weight watchers yesterday but didnt cuz it was closed for labor daybut im worried i gained between today and sundaysunday- 2 small homemade corn muffins for dinner with milk then half a slice of pizza for lunch then for dinner i had a burger some veggies rice pistachios and a slice of strawberry shortcakethen today i kept within my pts but probly didnt eat the healthiest. bfast-cereal with milk lunch-hot dog snack 1/2 cup not even vanilla ice cream then a slice of cheese (not even it was sooo thin) then for dinner i had a burger and a lil rice and a WW ice cream bar....i had lost like 2....do u think my bad choices will affect it or how do you think i did? please reply!

Hello,I really need help to lose weight. According to doctors,I am severely over weight.I am 5'6 and around 195 pounds. I like my sweets but I don't eat many of them. I eat a lot of fruit.I know I need to exercise more and drink more water and cut back on my portions.Do you have any tips?Thanks for your help

you know what, i think too many people worry way too much about their appearance. there are so many other important things in life than to constantly worry about yourself. from this point on i don't want to worry like that anymore. god bless everyone and don't worry so much

I want to lose the flab around my stomach an inner thighs i have big hips an i want to lose them, but evertime i lose weight it wont stay off......someone please help me i need to lose the fat that i had on my arms......an all the stretch marks anyone have a suggestion?

hey everyone im sally an i'm 14 how can i lose my weight an keep it off i want to lose at least 18 to a 25 pound range i mean i drink water everyday i dont drink caffinean i eat fruits an vegetables an i dont eat many fats an i play volleyball at school everday in P.E. but i can't keep my weight off can anyone give me some advice?

ADVICE and SUCCESS!:) My peak weight was 106kg.The numbers still flash in my head.I always think "How can u let urself go like that?" Now i'm down to 62kg.I'm vegan now, thanks to my boyfriend, and the weight is practically dropping off. I don't feel the need for chocolate when i'm upset and i have realised that half the stuff i used to eat, i don't really like that much! i go for one hr walks in the morning and again in the afternoon. I love it. i also do weights before my walks in the morning!I know think of the world in a totally different way. I think of myself in a totally different way.I'm happy to hear that all of you's are wanting to and are losing weight.Just keep in mind that everyone has their own ideal weight range and also different body types.Don't just think because ur friend weighs like 50kg, that u have to aswell.Work out your BMI and find out what weight u need to be to... Set yourself small goals. 5 or 10 kilograms at a time. hey guys guess what i started my diet at 70 kgs (154 lbs) and now im down to 62.9(138 lbs)!! im stoked, now i have to get down to 55kgs (121 lbs). keep it going the rest of you your doing really well
