OMG! i just ate a cheeseburger from sonic with fries, and a soda, sniff. sniff. I was hungry and thats where my friends went to so i couldnt resist! I feel so bad right now :(

i have lost 2 pounds since monday. im so happy.... 8 more till i reach my first goal of 10 by oct.2nd..... today so far i have had low sugar oatmeal made with fat free organic milk and 2 pieces of bacon(80cals) then for lunch i had a salad with grilled chicken and and apple with a diet coke. i havent exercise though cuz im at my moms work helping her. i dont know if i will get a chance to today...will that hurt me? cuz i have to go home get dinner have a drum lesson then go to the movies then im staying at a friends house for the night and i dont think ill have time tho. ill try to get in 15mins on the treadmill tho! how does this sound? for dinner ill either have some type of salad or chicken...or a wrap sandwich

hey if i jog like a mile everyday will i lose weight & how fast? & is going on a 1,500 calorie deit still work if u eat 1,500 calories of junk or does it have 2 b healthy? im 5'2'' 135 THANX EVERY1!!!!!!!!

I did really bad today. For breakfast I had a cinnimin bun from stop and shop. For lunch I had 1% milk and picked at a salad (it tasted nasty). So of course, when I got home I was starving. I had 2 cups of yogurt(one was over 100 and the other was 60), a yogurt smothie(80 cals), 2 nature valley bars (180 cals each), and a banana. Then for dinner I had three spinnish wrappy things with spinnish in them. And another yougurt smoothie but this one was 190 cals. It's all healthy but there's just so much stuff!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! I should probabaly eat more at school so I'm not so hungry when I get home I guess. But I only had one friend in my lunch and wasn't really feeling to comfortable to eat. and my ex was there and he wasn't eating either.

hey! how does it sounds like i did today..im just trying to maintain my weight...breakfast-protein shake...about 200 calslunch-peanut butter and jelly, grapes, and 5 crackerssnack-5 ritz crackers with peaunut butterand i havent had dinner..but do you think itll be okay if i have a dessert...im only trying to maintain! and i ran for 20 min!

hey everybody..i have lost 10 pounds in the 3 weeks i have been in school..(went from 185-175) Is it healthy to lose that amount of weight in that amount of time? Even if it is, i seriously doubt i've been doin it correctly and think i may have a problem..i dont eat hardly at all. i went from not eating during the day and eating when i got home..to not eating during the day and eating maybe only one thing for the whole day..maybe 2. I get like way less than 800 caleries a day. But the thing is, i know what im doin do its not like im not doin it on purpose. Im jus tryin to lose the weight but im not doin it right. Could it be possible that i have an eating disorder or could i jus be doin this until i get down to a certain weight or somethin? Tell me what u think please..thanks

hi i have a quick question i am 16 i am 5"10 and i usto wiegh 213 now i wiegh 186 but i dont know what wrong with me i dont see myself bieng any skinnier in fact i think im fatter my shirt size has dropped a size but not the skirt size and thats where i need it most whats wrong with me???

HI My name is Courtney, 8 months ago I had a beautiful son but unfortunatly while I was pregnant I packed on 100lbs!!! Im 5'7 and was always between 130-135 but by the time I went in to have my son I was a wopping 228lb! Most of it was water weight since I left the hospital weighing 206lbs. and a week after 190lbs.. but I currently am 170lb and to lose the weight I have lost I walk 2miles a day,drink lots of water,and trynot to go over 800 calories a day! The frist 3 and a half weeks i lost 13lbs! hope this help sum1..

hey...so far today i have had: bfast-1 egg with ff cheese on WW rye bread and a glass of milk- 5pts a subway turkey sub with fat free wow chips and a diet coke-8pts for dinner im having a homemade taco salad- 8 pts and sugar free fat free choc pudding made with ff organic milk- 2pts and if im hungry before dinner i may have celery with pb- 2pts or a cheese stick-1 pt... how does this sound? and im gonna go skate for a lil bit...

okay..im tring to MAINTAIN my weight, but i really dont want to stress about what im eating TOO much...so how does this sound for the day??breakfast-bowl of honey and oats cereal (300 cals)lunch-1 slice of pizza, corn, pears (not sure!!)dinner-weight watchers (between 200-500 cals)and i ran about 2 miles, and i walked 1 mile with my dog!!so how does this sound for maintaining my weight?? is there anything i should change?!
