ok guys so iv been on a diet for 3 weeks of eating veg and fruite alot along with wheat bread instread of white and white chicke as my main meat no butter or sugar starting 2 days ago i kinda incorporated that into weightwatchers thinking maybe that would help and im also doing tae-bo once a day or everyother day depending my ultimate goal is to be down to 170 by graduation which is like in 2 years seeing as im a junior im 5'6 and 240lbs i want to be down like 40 lbs by june do u think continueing on this and increasing exersize lil by lil i can reach either of these goals?

definately! you'll probably lose more then that by june!

Yes of course it can, except you must NOT eat between meals. And it a small helping of desert, half of what the others are eating. This helps so you dont eat alot more later. It helps you can do it! Email me sometime The_Simpsons13@juno.com I will help as much as I can
