hey! how many calories is best for mainting weight? for breakfast i had a fig newton bar (130) and milk -150...for lunch i had 2 slices of turkey (60), a nutri grain bar (140) peanut butter ccrackers (200)and milk (100) and for a snack i had a bannanna and a nutrigrain bar (240). and for dinner im probably having a weight watchers pizza (400)...so how does this sound? too much calories for maintaining??

I'd say around 1500 cals to maintain weight and 1200 to lose about 1lb a week

if you don't want to lose more eat a couple hundredd more calories and also find a site about maintaining weight...
