It's 5'o clock and so far I've had less than 400 calories, not bad, huh? I had oeatmeal for breakfast (150 cals), 3 and a half rice cakes for lunch (80) and a yogurt for an afterschool snack (150). I'm trying to decide what to eat for dinner and stuff. Do I want to try and stay under 500 just to see if I can do it? Or do I want to get more because ppl say it's bad not to eat enough. How much do I need to keep my metaalism fast?

Hey that's too low, if you keep this up you will lose a lot of weight, that can be dangerous, plus your metabolism will slow down making it 2 times harder to lose weight. Eat Very healthy, lots of water, fruits and vegetables and excercise at least 4 times a week for half and hour or more. Do the right thing, the process may be slow, but trust me you will lose the weight. I hope I helped, Good Luck.

you gotta eat at least 1500 cals a day, dude. Otherwise you'll never lose weight. You're body will go into starvation mode store whatever you eat into fat. Go to weight watcher, if even for just a few weeks. It will teach you the right way to eat.

yeah...500 cals is NOTHING for a whole day! you can go to like 1000, and still lose weight..so have something healthy, and filling for dinnreR!
