Hello everyone! I've lost a little over 10 pounds! Horray! (knock on wood). But I have this one little problem. Every single day from like 4:00-6:00 I get this huuuuuuuuuuuuge appetite for everything. Like I go crazy and eat everything. Go doing something else to distract me dosn't help. I swear, I've tried so many times. And it's for real like every single day at the same exact time! What do I do? Thanks! Have a great day!

hey my name is chelsea, in 14, and im 5'2 and i weigh 190 lbs. In order to be a healthy weight i need to lose 60 lbs. In this coming may is our school formal dance, and ill start softball. I did some math and figured out that if i lose 2 lbs. a week then ill be at my goal in 8 months. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can do this, b/c im not interested in quick weightloss, I want the pay off to last a lifetime. I also want to lose weight because of health reasons. Ovarian and Breast cancer run in my family, and obese women are more at risk for them, which really scares me. I heard this quote on a commerical for subway "Its not the one choice you make, it's the 100+ during the day that matter." Once again if anyone has any suggestions to help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, god bless, and good luck to everyone out there whose battling overweight.

hey everyone i was wondering if this is a good way to lose weight well i havent been dieting i eat like i normally do lot of junk food like chips, cookies but i walk home from school which is like a mile and 1/2 so like i need tips to make the eating part good so PLLLLEASE help anyone...

I only lost 1.6 pounds! but I drank a lot of water b4 I weighed b/c I was really thirsty! My mom says I probably lost more than 1.6 just b/c of that, so maybe I lost 2 or more. I hope. I want to lose 3 pounds this week! I'm gonna focus and try to make it possible! Everyone should join weight watchers, it's great!

well since im going back on my fruit and veggie diet i think im going to only eat to meals a day but it will be hard i will get tempted and does anybody have any good exersises that really work?

Okay! This boy and i have hit it off lovely , its just... he always wants to go out to eat! LoL. And like... I appreciate it and everything, but by the time we go out to eat at like 9 i've already eaten supper and i feel bad so i eat again, but order just salad so i dont exceed my 1200 cals and he thinks like thats all i eat and so last nite like he ordered cheesecake too for us to share hes like 'your going to help me eat it" lol like he must think im anorexic !! hah but i feel dumb saying ' sorry i am on a 1200 calorie a day diet no thanks. lol' what to do!

OMG I DONT KNOW WATS WRONGGGG I ATE 2,760 CAL. TODAYY I CAN TELL IM GAINING WEIGHT.. I NEED HELP REALLYY BAD ANYONE PLZ HELP ME I USED TO NOT EAT AS MUCH.. WELL I STARTED EATN BF EVERYDAY AND LUNCH AT SCHOOL.. I USE TO GO FROM 6:30 AM-3:30PM WITHOUT NO FOOD.. BUT NOWW IM EATING BF.. I ATE 2 EGGS 3 PCS BACON AND SOME LITE YOGURT FOR LUNCH AT SCHOOL EVERYDAY I EAT A CHICKEN SANDWITCH..WITH WATER I DO GOOD UNTIL I GET HOME AT 3 PM I PIG OUTT AND EAT CHEETOS..3 MINI SNIKERS.. 4 BAGS OF MINI M&MS.. AND SOME CRACKERSS THEN FOR SUPPER I ATE CHICKFILA.. FROM THERE I GOT A CHICKFILA SANDWITCH AND FRIES THAT ABOUT 2760 CAL... THATS A WHOLE LOTTTTTTTTTT I WANTED TOGO ON 1500 CAL. DIET BUT I THINK IM GOING TO GO ON ATKINS SO ON THAT ONE I CAN EATT MORE STUFF AND MORE FOOD.. I JUST DONT KNOW I FEEL LIKE I WANNA CRAWL IN A HOLE AND NEVER COME OUT.. okay so ive been trying to hold back on cravings and controlling it bc of how people told me depro doesnt have THAT bad of cravings...i woke up, had a mini bag of popcorn....had 3 chicken strips and 9 fries for lunch...and 3 small pieces of vegie lasania for dinner then had a chocolate bar to ease the minor craving of it for desert lol...DOES THAT SOUND OKAY??? i hope im doing okay!! oh and i run a mile everyday! i got it down to 7:50 min last night!! :)

Hey everyone, is this a good eating thing? wake up, breakfast, school, lunch, get home, and little snack, and then 3 hours later have dinner, and MAYBE a little snack afterwards....and the exercise plan isTues and Thrus. gymnastics hour and a half after schoolmon, wed, fri, sat, sun run/walk for a mile and mon wed and fri weight lift...when should i start losing weight!!! Thanx!
