Hey, yall! How's life? Hey do you think that a girl who is 5'2 and weighs almost 130lbs. is overweight? I might sound not overweight but I sure look like I am. My friends birthday is coming up and there are going to be lots of cute guys there. I need to lose weight. What is the quickest way to lose weight? Can you help? Thanx...

::sobs:: i decided to weigh myself this morning because i thought i was losing weight and i wanted to know how much. when i got on it i found out i weigh 170 pounds, meaning i gained 10 pounds. I am so upset cuz i thought i was doing great! so i figure what happened was:1. my 1 hour 40 minute p.e. classes where we stretch, run, and play football, my 1/3 mile walk from the bus stop to my house, and my 2 mile walks payed off and made me gain 10 pounds of muscle OR 2. I am a fatso and need to do a better job of dieting.

ok nvm i didnt go up thank god it was on the wrong thing but anyways im going back on fruit and veggie diet and im going to exersise more it was hard risisting to a candy bar people were teasing me with but i didnt take it.im going to try to get 3 hours of exersise everyday like running playing basketball riding bikes stuff like that crucnches anything that will help anybody have any tips?

Im seeing alot of these compete to lose weight ideas. i'd love to try it. Hey people, I have heard a lot of people wanting to starve, or you want to lose 30 pounds in a month. This weight did not come on overnight, so it is not going to go away overnight. Just thought I would say that!

ok for my exersise today i was running and played volleyball in p.e and while i watch wrestling i will do at least two hours on my gazelle and plan to do 2 hours everyday or gor for a walk or jog every night.

today was day two of my WW diet attempt lol...i gave in and had breaded chicken with fries at lunch...and for breakfast i had an apple and carrots and i drank one slice and water...i guess thats OKAY but i went like 5 points over...hopefully ill do better tomorrow!!

hey guys im finally back since i havent been on here for like a month and a half....today i started a Super Sculpt class on my campus which is every monday...tomorrow i'm doing cardio kick boxing...then pilates on wednesday and so on... this year i've decided to be active in something and it's working out...Tonight i'm evening signing up for Tae Kwon Do classes...so i will have atleast an hour of intense work out each day and there are different classes offered at different times of the day so i can fit them in between or after classes....Let's hope i keep this up cuz i'm so motivated right now...and i also want to lose 10 so with exercising and eating 1200 cals a day i'm sure i can do it....(in the summer i lost 7 lbs by running 3 miles a day and drinking only water for 2 months) Anyway please leave some words of encouragement i would really appreciate it and Good luck to all in your weight loss goals...=) By the way I'm 5'3" 140 lbs
