I am a small person. i just want to bee able to have a figure i hate my shape alot. everyone in my school is perfect. i need to get rid of love handles on my side and back if ANYONE knows how i can do that i would really appreciate it. please help. i am like.. 5 2 and weigh like.. 120 i need to loose weight.. im doing a low carb diet right now but i want to know if there is anything i can do to make the results last or happen faster... please let me know.cheryl

Hey everyone. I decided that I am gonna start my diet tomorrow. I keep saying I am and never do it, but this time I MEAN IT! I am gonna eat only healthy stuff (fruits, veggies, grilled chick and fish, ect.) and no junkfood or fried foods. Think I can pull it off?

Hi all, I was wondering if Lean Pockets from Hot pockets are good or bad for you when you're trying to lose weight. I eat the broccoli, turkey, cheese ones, just to try to make it a little healthier....anyone know if they're okay to eat though?

i am 5.3 1/2 and 214lbs i get so depressed sometimes bcuz i have never had a date before. i just want some1 2 love and i wish i could change but i dont have the will power to do so. i love this guy named chase and i really truly love him and we r friends but i dont think he likes me like i love him. it gets really emotionalrsf

Hey Everyone, I havent posted here for a long time, something like 3 weeks. I am at 158 right now. So I havent really lost much, but I have been eating healthy for the most part, and exercising. I think I am finally getting the hang of the moderation thing. I am loving highschool, and I made some new friends. 3 of them are guys, they are cute and funny. I love guy friends, they are so much fun. I wish one of them would ask me to homecoming, I dont think they will, and if not it is cool, cause they are fun to be around. I only see them in my fourth period class though. I am not going to homecoming if I dont get asked. I went with friends to the freshman dance last year, and it was just alright. How is everyone doing?

i havnt posted in a long time. 2 my surprise, ive gained 11 pounds! in less than a month. can u blive it. ive been eating more than ever. depression is wut the problem is because i know im having problems at my new school. dont know anyone, hav no friends and yea you got the idea. and i just wanted 2 share this. my friend who is overweight like i am, is very unhappy with her weight nd i just found out that she does pot and she thinks is not addictive. how do i tell her that pot isnt the solution 2 b skinny????!

Hey im shellz and im only 15, im very overweight, i am not wanting to lose weight to satisfy anyone else, merely to make myself happy. I need to lose a good few pounds! understatement of the year there!... i know that i have a pretty face and its my weight letting me down, i believe that if i can find someone on the same sort of lines i will be able to do this, i also no that as i start this diet, i feel like its not going to work but i am eating healthily! walking home from school each day and going to the gym twice a week, i hope this works.. id like to be down to the weight that some of my friends are, but as i said this is for me... and for no1 elses sake. I want to feel happy and look it to.. if you would like to talk about this with me, please let me know... bubi shellz xxxx
