im switching from WW to a fruit and veggie diet...ANYONE WHO HAS DONE THAT....are you aloud to use dip on your veggies or will that make you lose way less weight?!?!

Hey ya'll!! I am Katie. Im 5'11", and i am 17 years old. I am 200lbs. and wanna get to 170. I eat around 1500 calories a day and excercise for almost 1.5 hours a day. Anybody got any extra help?

STILL DOING HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO YESTERDAY I WAS LIKE OK ILL DO GOOD TOMORROW I SWEAR. THEN FOR BFAST I HAD A LOW CARB BAGEL WITH LIGHT CREAM CHEESE AND JUICE THEN FOR LUNCH TURKEY IN A LOW CARB PITA DIET COKE WITH BAKED CHIPS BUT THEN I HAD CHIPS AND SALSA THEN AFTER SCHOOL I ATE A COUPLE CASHEWS THEN WHEN I GOT HOME I DID SOOOO BAD!!!!!!!!! I HAD TORTILLA CHIPS WITH SHREDDED CHEESE ON THEM PB CRACKERS FRUIT SNACK HALF A PB SANDWICH AND A PITA BREAD. I FEEL SO HORRIBLE, GUILTY, FAT AND I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. IM UP LIKE 1 OR 2LBS AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WEIGH IN THURSDAY AND DONT WANT TO BE UP WHEN I WEIGH IN. PLEASE SEND ME A MEAL PLAN TO DO FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ASAP!!!!!!! PLEASE!

Someone please help!! I've spend a lot of my time justthinking of ways to loose weight. I feel so helpless and hopeless. I am the youngest in my whole family and I am the biggest! I am even bigger than my mother:( just seeingthinner girls make me feel insecure. i have lost 6 lbs since saturday. I have just been eating much much less....i regular meal a day and maybe a SMALL snack or 2...drink plenty of water...i hope to keep this up!

How bad is gravy for you? Like the canned chicken or turkey gravy. It's about 30cals per serving...Just wondering if that would be okay to have with foods while I'm on a diet, or should I stay away from it?

::sobs:: i decided to weigh myself this morning because i thought i was losing weight and i wanted to know how much. when i got on it i found out i weigh 170 pounds, meaning i gained 10 pounds. I am so upset cuz i thought i was doing great! so i figure what happened was:1. my 1 hour 40 minute p.e. classes where we stretch, run, and play football, my 1/3 mile walk from the bus stop to my house, and my 2 mile walks payed off and made me gain 10 pounds of muscle OR 2. I am a fatso and need to do a better job of dieting.
