Hi ! I was doing really good with looseing weight ! But then it stopped I was 205 and got down to 195 i was so happy cause i was doing it with out really trying! I whached what i ate an dworkout and then it stopped now i am still 195 and i won't loose anymore. It's been a few months what should i do? Any good diet exercise anything? Please help

hey guys, i am so frustrated right now. for the past 5 weeks i have been running 2 miles six nights a week. and lately i have just stopped. can you people please give me the motivation to get out there and be healthy again???!!!!!!!

im starting to get upset bc i have the flu, and a throat virus so i have been eating half of what i would probably normally eat and i cant tell if its bc i have more self control or if its bc im sick...i hate feeling like this..:(

recently i have been doing really well but today i was walking loadz and i have eaten loadz aswell because it made me hungry! it wasnt really bad food just alot. do u think this will make a difference? i mite have burned alot of it of with the walking!

hey ! i dono if this sounds so good..but i need help! Okay, for breakfast i had one waffle with syrup (no butter though) and for lunch i had corn, one slice of pizza, and a nutrigrain bar, and for a snack i had a fignewton bar, and for dinner i'll have chicken and potatoes or something...and my excersise was basketball practice! (we ran a lil bit) i know it's alot of carbs, and not enough fruit, but we didnt have any fruit, we need to go shopping! but anyway, i need help!

How did u lose 4 pounds last week. I want to lose a little bit more than I have been losing, my b-day is coming up. My mom is EXACTLY one pound less than me, I want to weigh less than her. Anybody have any suggestions?

i've lost 15 lbs throughout the whole summer and til now... which isn't very much very fast but i just want to keep losing!! i did bad today and usually i do very good.. so i hope this doesn't set me off.. another thing is i just went to the dentist and they told me i have to stop chewing so much gum and drinking so much diet pop becuas eits hurting my teeth, but thats what helps me stay away from food!! i dont know what to do , that sugar free gum and candies make my stomach hurt !!! help :(

hEY everyone.. Tom. Im starting weight watchers!!!! YAY.. i got alot of foods and the amount of points.. printed out.. so im ready to do itttt !! How often should i weight myself.. once a week likee the ppl do at ww??? ALsoo all the points are the same for each food everywere.. rite.. leave me one.. and if ur on WW how much u lost so far.. and like how much do u think i can lose a month on it im 5'3 179 36in waist!!

hi everyone! i havent been on in a while but 2 keep u posted i have lost 26lbs so far...im so happy! hoping to still keep goin for another 28lbs! wish me luck! and well done to everyone. and by the way i am not on any diet, i am eating healthily and sensibly and exercising regularly! its easier than any of my other attempts with diets!

hey guys! its been a pretty LOONG time since ive been in here! well..okay..i dont know if i did great today, but you can tell me! well..i had 5 french toast sticks with syrup for breakfast (400 cals) for lunch i had a swiss and turkey sandwich, half a serving of ritz chips, and this strawberry and bananna mixture thing. then i ran 5 miles..and walked 1/2 mile! and i had bball practice..we ran a little..like sprints downt the court n stuff! but for dinner i had 2 big pieces of pizza (equivelant to probably 3 regular oneS) and some grapes! and im about to have some cake, or ice cream! so...how does it sound..with all that i burned off running?? it may not be too great for losing weight iknow. but say for instance, if i were trying to MAINTAIN would this be bad...for future reference anyway...

Hey, you know what is really great? Since around Monday of last week, when the teachers started piling on homework, I have been too busy to be bored. This means I don't eat when I am bored, and I have lost 8 lbs in.. almost 2 weeks because of it!
