hEY everyone.. Tom. Im starting weight watchers!!!! YAY.. i got alot of foods and the amount of points.. printed out.. so im ready to do itttt !! How often should i weight myself.. once a week likee the ppl do at ww??? ALsoo all the points are the same for each food everywere.. rite.. leave me one.. and if ur on WW how much u lost so far.. and like how much do u think i can lose a month on it im 5'3 179 36in waist!!

I've been on it for a year and have lost 50 pounds. You will lose a lot the first week, because its water weight. It is NOT a program for you to lose more than 2 pounds a week after you get into it. If you lose more than 2 pounds a week, you are less likely to keep it all off. Good luck!

I've been on for 2 weeks and I've lost 3 pounds. I haven't been following it all the way though. You can porbably lose 10 or more the first month. It's so easy! You'll love it.

ive been doing it since monday and ive lost 4 lbs....i have a yoyo weight though so idk...good luck!! its pretty easy and dont forget to exsersize everyday cause it will def help with faster results!! :)
