hey ! i dono if this sounds so good..but i need help! Okay, for breakfast i had one waffle with syrup (no butter though) and for lunch i had corn, one slice of pizza, and a nutrigrain bar, and for a snack i had a fignewton bar, and for dinner i'll have chicken and potatoes or something...and my excersise was basketball practice! (we ran a lil bit) i know it's alot of carbs, and not enough fruit, but we didnt have any fruit, we need to go shopping! but anyway, i need help!
