hey guys im finally back since i havent been on here for like a month and a half....today i started a Super Sculpt class on my campus which is every monday...tomorrow i'm doing cardio kick boxing...then pilates on wednesday and so on... this year i've decided to be active in something and it's working out...Tonight i'm evening signing up for Tae Kwon Do classes...so i will have atleast an hour of intense work out each day and there are different classes offered at different times of the day so i can fit them in between or after classes....Let's hope i keep this up cuz i'm so motivated right now...and i also want to lose 10 so with exercising and eating 1200 cals a day i'm sure i can do it....(in the summer i lost 7 lbs by running 3 miles a day and drinking only water for 2 months) Anyway please leave some words of encouragement i would really appreciate it and Good luck to all in your weight loss goals...=) By the way I'm 5'3" 140 lbs

the calculator told you you're fat wow it didnt tell me that but maybe that's because we are different ages so there are different expectations for different ages especially since i'm almost 20 and you're at the beginning of teenage years...anyway we are not that much over weight i just wanna lose 10 lbs and i'll be soooo happy w/ my self...All i did to lose weight was run or you can even walk three miles a day, and do resistance training w/ those resistance bands everyday of the week and drink ONLY water, and eat only 1200 cals a day...i have a treadmill at home so thats where i ran. But even if you cant do that even doing some squats, situps/crunches, and lifting light weights everyday or walking for 20 minutes day (cuz thats what i started with and eating like i mentioned above will help you lose weight...i'm sorry i have no tricks or anything to help you lose it fast.......cuz it sure didnt come off fast for me but for others it does...i actually had to work hard to lose the little i did but i'm happy...i just wanna be happier...lol...BESIDES atleast you are still growing and since you are still getting taller u will look slimmer so i suggest you dont worry about it too much...anyway goodluck to you...and let me know how ur doing...maybe we can be weight loss buddies...=)

Omg im 5"3 and 140 too! I only found this site today when i was looking to see if i was overweight and.. the calculator told me im almost there. I feel like crap. Im so proud of you for getting in all those things. I wanted to get in fitness boxing... but i just cant right now because my family doesnt have the money :(
Is there anything you did to lose weight that didnt cost any money? Is there anything that would be good for me?
