This summer I lost about 15 lbs because i ate alot less and when i did eat, it would be all like diet and fat free and stuff. I also walked alot too though. Now that school has started i have totally been off of my diet. I'll like come home from tennis and just start eating! then i have supper and after that i keep eating!!! I dont know what the deal is but i still want to lose another 10 lbs so if i keep this up im never going to get there! does anyone have any suggestions?
