Start: 252 lb, Today: 231 lb - yay! i started out at 252 about two months ago and i am down to 231! yay! all of my size 20 pants are waay to big, and my 18's (which used to be way to small) are loose! a 20 used to be tight on me...and now...i wear 18's and 16's. yay! i am not done yet though!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 241 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi, I am 241 pounds and about 5'6''. I need to lose weight. I am so concerned on the way I look. I can put on weight like its nothing. But then taking it off is so hard. I have tried everything. Nothing seems to work. I have a sweet boyfriend for over a year now...he is only 140 pounds. I feel so fat around him. All my friends are skinny and they dont know how i feel. SO i cant talk to them. Im so glad I can come here and post whenever I need to get something out of my mind!!! Thanks...anyone know what excises are good to work your thighs???

hi i realy need some advice i lost heaps of weight but now ive gained almost alll back cuase i stopped payin attention to what i ate. i really want to lose it again but i just feel like givin up im so confused and i just feel fat and sad again. I dont want to go out with my friends no more and i feel lik there is n o hope. i just dont know if i could diet all over again it was sooooo hard. i really need to lose wieght fast again my clothes dont fit i dontw want to buy new ones how can i get MOTIVATED???? thanks

Ht. 5'8", Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 83) - I have had sooo much trouble with losing weight. about every week i decide i need to lose some weitght and i go on a diet...it usually doesnt make it through the day. i used to be a cheerleader...and pretty skiny but now i am 5'8' and weigh like 157. so i decided to get some excersize, i began runing and trying to eat healthier. i havent lost any wieght yet because every night i get soo hungry and eat everything in sight! and then after i feel soo sad that i wasted all that hard work. i sometimes feel conceited for wanting to lose weight but i want to be healthy, and thats not conceited at all. I know i need god to be with me on this, dieting is sooooo hard, so as long as we're in it together it will work. Today: 157 lb - Okay. okay. Oookay. I just started, and I think I have a good food plan thing going on. First of all, I don't eat meat, so that takes out a lot of the fat. Here's my diet plan, please tell me if it's good. Breakfast-One cup of milk, and either one or two apples (big) or oranges (small). Lunch-Carrot and celery sticks, an orange, or an apple & water. Dinner-cooked vegtables and some sort of protein replacement like tofu. Anyways, I'm like, 157 or something like that right now. I'm going to California with my band in the spring, and I'd really like to wear something flattering for my boyfriend, who's really cute (and tall ^_^) I have no idea what he sees in me, and I want to get thinner for him, and for me.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 153 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - Hey all. I know I post a lot but I have to tell someone. I weight myself today and I had lost 7 Pounds. I feel great. I went to the library and checked out Kathy Smith's Walkfit for a Better Body and i did a time trial and I feel great. I had a bad day today. I had a small grilled chicken sandwhich (nothing on it) a few fries, a low fat yougart with strawberries, 3 glassses of water and a Dr. Pepper. BAD DAY but I still feel great. See-ya when I lose more ~*~Katy Lynn~*~ 5'5 weighed 153 when I first came to this site Now 5'5 140 pounds

okay, here's the deal, i'm going on a cruise on march 23 and i need to lose about 20-25 lbs by then so i can look a lil better in a swim suit. i'm using tae bo tapes. does anyone know how well they work? thanks!

I've gained well over 15 pounds in the last 2 months and I do not know what to do. I've tried to get back onto the diet I had before, but it just seems to be too hard. Most of the weight goes right to my butt and theighs. Can anyone offer advice on how it may be easier to stick to a diet regimine and to get results.

alright, I agree with Jess=) (below) but anyways. I just went on a Disney Cruise (yes, a Disney cruise) and it was awesome. I loved being almot 20lbs lighter than I was. Even if it wasn't the weight that I wanted to be.I did however gain maybe 3 lbs. Not good. I'm gonna have to work extra hard. Wish me luck.

ok i need help! i need to find a way to lose weight by next school year (over 60 lbs) and i can't figure out what to do. i am always trying to eat more and i don't WANT TO!!! and i need more time to exercise!! what should i do! my hips are huge and so is my back!! i look as if my back's messed up because of the rolls of fat there. oh and i need to lose as much as possible ASAP because i have a party to go to and i need to look really good!!!!!! please help *DeSiRe*
