ALL IT TAKES: fifteen minutes three times a week
WHAT TO DO: Outer thigh lifts, with or without ankle weights, and inner thigh firmers
AFTER 4 WEEKS: You'll feel more leg power when you walk, run, or swim.
AFTER 10 WEEKS: You'll see new definition on your outer thighs and less giggle on your inner thighs.
OUTER THIGH LIFT: Lie on your left side, and prop your upper body nearly upright on your left forearm. With your left leg bent comfortably, extend your right leg at a 45-degree angle in front of you. Flex your right foot, and raise it about six inches off the floor (so it's about parallel to the floor) in a controlled motion. I am not fit yet but if i still keep on doing what i am doing now ill be skinny soon!every morning i wake up at 6:00 AM and excersize on the treadmill for 20 mins. then i eat a little breakfast like cheese and an apple and thats enough till i get to school then at school what they give me ill eat only half of it or just get salad with no dressing dressing is were that fat is you can eat 100 vegatbles and only gain 500 calories! but u would be full before u did that. also i ate slower it takes 20 mins for your brain to know when ur full so eat slow dont eat only veggies though it isnt healthly only eat veggies between meals for a snack or somethin. Then once i got home i did another 20 mins. and eat veggies between meals then when dinner comes i eat only half of what mom gives me. and dont eat much bread it is VERY fatty! well trie this out u could loose so many pounds.

Ht. 5'3", Today: 125 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 115 lb - i havent lost weight yet because i just started yesterday. im 5'3" and i weigh about 125 pounds im not fat but a lil chubby.some people call me fat and its reeally makin me mad soo i decided to go on a diet to weigh 115. we start school swimming in march and the guy i like is in that class and i would die to look fat in front of him in a swimming suit. right now its january 7th and i have till march to loose 10 pounds i think everyone can do it me and my mom are gunna walk 4 miles everyday, and i drink diet pops and eat fat free pretzels and fat free saltine crackers 4 snacks other wise i just have smart start ceral in the morning and an apple @ night. i also do situps im hoping to loose about 5 pounds in a week just think about this my mom told me this saying "once on the lips 4 ever on the hips" lol thats sooo true and if u do loose weight u caN wear n e thing u want i cant wait to wear my new belly shirt from x mas well good luck to yall but i got to fly buh bye ~lex~

Hi.. I'm sad because no one replied to me. I'll tell you what I ate today, and please tell me if its good, because I figured out if I lost 3 pounds a week, I'll be at my goal when I go to California in May or June. Okay, so This morning I had about Two oranges Lunch- I had a plate full of carrots and celery, an orange, and some water. Dinner- I ate a little less than a cup of chilie on a very small baked potato. Thanks, I really need this help, because I've been fat all my life and I want to know what its like to be thin..

Is it bad to lose 20 pounds in 8 months? please sumone help i am depressed and desperate!!! i do cardio combat for 2 hours a week. and around half an hour of basketball, and half an hour of health related fitness. ( which is like bleep tests where u have to run really fast, b4 the thing bleeps). i eat 3 meals a day, and wen i feel like a bit of chocolate i will have a bit, but a tiny piece. please help. will i be able to lose that much weight, if i eat branflakes for breakfast wid half fat milk, a wholemeal sandwhich and a half for lunch, whid sumit like tuna innit. and lots of fruit. then vegetables 4 dinner, and what ever my mom serves wid it.

Today: 250 lb - hi. im new to this site. ive been trying 2 lose weight for months but i cant seem 2 stay motivated. i hate being fat but its hard to lose the weight espeacially when nobody around me seems to care that im big. my boyfriend's never said anything about my weight and he's a fitness instructor and i dont get bullied so i have no motivation. i weigh just over 250 pounds and my size 18 clothes are tight. i dont want 2 be fat for summer again but i dont know where to begin. if anyone has any advice or would like to be weight loss buddies please reply xxx

Start: 252 lb, Today: 231 lb - yay! i started out at 252 about two months ago and i am down to 231! yay! all of my size 20 pants are waay to big, and my 18's (which used to be way to small) are loose! a 20 used to be tight on me...and now...i wear 18's and 16's. yay! i am not done yet though!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 241 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi, I am 241 pounds and about 5'6''. I need to lose weight. I am so concerned on the way I look. I can put on weight like its nothing. But then taking it off is so hard. I have tried everything. Nothing seems to work. I have a sweet boyfriend for over a year now...he is only 140 pounds. I feel so fat around him.
